    1st time ko mag jogging nung last year 5 mins sumunod 8 mins 10 mins 15 mins.
    Now 30 mins na nonstop🥰🙏👌

      Same po tau 30mis nonstop sakto lng po takbo ko tas ndi po sa bibig ako humihinga sa ilong.po.tas magbubuga nlng po ako ng malakas na exhale sa bibigkapag naramdaman ko na mdyo pagod na ako..ang sakin po para tumagal ang endurance ng pagtakbo ko kaya ndi po ako.mabilis magjogging ,every otther day ko ginagawa .kaya sobrangnpawis ako kapag natapos ung 30mins. Walking po muna ng 1 beses before jogging and 1 beses after jogging. Yang 30mins nonstop sa running ko lng po yan..

    Mahilig ako mag jogging everyday kuya. Nag jogging ako ng 1hour or 50minutes. Malaking tulong ang vedio na ito para sa isang tulad KO na mahilig tumakbo. Thank you so much kuya.. God bless..

    Kaibigan Im your new follower po. Im also a runner, later i discovered blended KALE po as a source of veggies for faster recovery po. Can you tell us more about the kind of veggies that you usually consume? I am not a straight vegetarian because I eat meat as well but now I am delimiting it after watching Game Changer, that's why I resorted to blended kale with lettuce or romane 2x a day.

      Congrats sir! Isa yan sa reason po kapag clean ang diet na puro plant based sobrang bilis ng recovery. Kahit anong fruits and veggies po basta umiwas kayo sa meat and dairy sobrang dami pa magbabago sa katawan nyo. Thank you po

    Sir bilang beginner, ano po mapapayo nyu na madalas po nananakit hita, tuhod at legs ko dahil sa running. Minsan di ko na po natatapos yung takbo, sumasakit na sya parang di na ako makalakad ng maayus. Kaya pa naman ng hininga ko, pero paa ko ayaw ng tumakbo. Ano tips nyu po. TIA

    hydration tips sir. sa bike kasi may bottle cage to carry water pero yun ung una ko na discover nung nag start tumakbo sanay kasi pag nauhaw iinom

    Runner for 30 years. natigil ako nung ma hook ako sa Cycling. Pero ngayon bumabalik uli ako. Naka 12kms ako sa unang araw ko ng pagbalik.

      Hindi po dapat may sumasakit okay lang po kung pagod pero kung may sumasakit pwede po sa rubber shoes or muscle imbalance. Siguro po walking muna kung may sumasakit or dahan dahan lang kailangan po natin pakingan ang ating katawan 🤙🏼

    Isa ding tips wag kang mag inhale exhale sa bibig. kasi madali ka talaga mapagod pag ganon. Okay mag inhale SA ilong exhale sa bibig. Then bogaaa. Never lang gawin mag inhale ka sa bibig.

    Ilang araw na akong nagjojogging minsan paputol putol kapag naulan hindi ako nagjojogging. Kinakapos pa rin ako ng hininga. Sana makaya ko nang magjogging ng matagal kasi nag aapply akong coast guard 🙏😢

      @@MikeAlpha1997 Hindi po ako nag lilimit sa rice dahil yun ang madalas ko kainin and gulay lang po hindi nakain ng kahit na anong galing sa hayop like manok baka baboy itlog gatas. dati po taas baba ang timbang ko ngayon po mas stable na sya noong nag vegan ako and mas madami po akong energy. Kung mapapansin nyo po yung mga lolo at lola natin hindi sila matataba pero kumakain sila ng kanin din everyday more on s choice po ng ulam and lifestyle talaga.
