- I made the pouring medium 2parts pva glue to 1part water by weight, and then mixed 2part pouring medium to 1part paint and 0.5 parts water by weight. I added extra water to some to thin them down so the consistency of all paints was the same.

Claire, congratulations on running the London marathon. I’d wondered if your nails were a nod to St. George’s Day.
First... LOVE your nails! Congrats on the marathon. The piece is BEAUTIFUL. Really like the swirly 'bits". This pattern would make FABULOUS fabric!😊
Yes, delicate & very pretty! ❤
Thank you! 🤗
I love the pink. It's very pretty.

I noticed you nails immediately. They are so cool. Now we know how you have the breathing control to blow out all those flowers. Congratulations on running the marathon. Also, the painting is lovely. Maybe purples would be a good combination to try.
Thank you 😊
Very nice.
Beautiful painting. Love your nails and the bracelet. Hope the marathon went well. This technique might look good with turquoise and purple.
Very pretty and well done doing the Marathon🏃♀😊
Thank you! 😊
The painting turned out beautiful! Maybe try a Pansy pallet? The purples with that yellow center should turn out nice, maybe. Just a thought! Have fun ❤
We'll be waiting!

I just love your paintings. This one in particular is really very pretty.
Thank you so much 😀
Very very pretty!
✌️🫶😃
Thank you! 😊
This lovely Claire! I do like the swirls. I would love to see this in blues as well.❤
Thank you! 😊
I like the pearl white and the individual blooms - I’ve yet to try a Dutch pour and may start by attempting something similar.
Lovely 😊
Thank you! 😊
Beautiful Claire. It so nice to see someone do blooms without all the ingredients. I refuse to buy the Australian flotrol which is such a shame. I do have some American flotrot but I use it very sparingly, I've found if I mix Amsterdam with Owatrol it does work sometimes! Thank you for flying the flag 🇬🇧
Thank you so much 😀
It is very subtle and cute Claire! And I love your nails! I hope your run went well! I really enjoy your videos! I live in The Netherlands and also do all sorts of techniques! I also do blooms, but not with PVA glue. I use a mixture with Owatrol (European Floetrol) and that works very well with the cellactivator (Aussie Floetrol)! I've learned that you can't add more water then paint in the mix, otherwise the pigments will break up! And also, a fresh cellactivator works a lot better then a cellactivator that is there for two months. xxx
Thanks for the tips, I’ve used owatrol in the past, I might have a look to find out the cost now x
I have been following various “well-known” artists in pouring for a long time. Nevertheless, Claire, your artwork remains the most creative artwork I have come across on TH-cam. I enjoy following you and I also find you very inspiring. I always look forward to seeing a new work of art from you. Oh and one more thing: I love your British accent :-)
Thanks so much 😊
It's beautiful. I would love to see what you would do with other colors.
Thank you 😊
Your painting is beautiful. I love how the colours compliment each other. You asked for suggestions for other colours to try this in...Emerald Green, Peacock Pearl and silver would look cool together
Thank you so much 😀
Oh Claire, how beautiful you and your fabulous nails ! I do that length not too long. Great job on the Union Jacks! Good luck & loads of fun on your marathon. It's one of the big ones. I gotta say you REALLY blew out those pretty little blooms like a BOSS!! So many great ideas &.great job as usual!! Did you always use glue as your PM, or did you use GAC or Owatrol? Curious thanks
Thank you 😊 I’ve used flood floetrol in the past x
Claire.. for Cell Activator using PVA Glue PM...
PM 70% Glue /30% Water. Cell Activator: 3 Parts PM + 1 Part Amsterdam opaque paint. Usually Titanium white or Oxide black. This is recipe from Art by Julie E. Give it a try. No Floetrol used. Glue PM only.😊
What about ultramarine blue and orange? Holland colors. 😊
I love your nails! What is pva glue?
Thank you 😊 it’s craft glue that kids use x
