Do you really think we will get an hdmi audio passthrough like the Mac. I have a feeling they will just reserve for the Mac and not bring it to tvOS 18. I just don’t see how they can’t just add this toggle for people who own receivers.
I have 4 HomePods and I connected two so far, unfortunately the Apple TV won’t let me connect all of them for surround sound. Is there anyway to connect 4 HomePods to Apple TV?
Still no audio passthrought eh .... basically the ONLY feature this player needs to be the undisputed king of media players !
@@svendegroote1940 But why you need Passthrough ? Any Audiodevice i ever have seen can handle PCM Signals !

You can put your other 2 in a different “room”. Then long press on the Tv button and go to Audio. Add them and all 4 will play.
