Hello everyone! Welcome back to My2nd Life Vlogs.
In this episode, my wife Saru and I embark on a memorable journey from our home in Shimla to my in-laws' place in Nurpur, Kangra. Along the way, I also have some official visits planned to Palampur, Kangra, and Dharamshala. Join us as we navigate through the beautiful landscapes of Himachal Pradesh, balancing family time and work commitments.
Day 1: Shimla to Nurpur
Our journey begins in the serene city of Shimla, where Saru and I pack our bags and set off for Nurpur to visit her mother. The drive is scenic, filled with lush green mountains and winding roads. We capture the mesmerizing views and share some fun moments along the way. After a long but enjoyable drive, we finally reach Nurpur late in the evening. It’s heartwarming to reunite with family and spend some quality time together.
Day 2: Official Visit to Kangra
The next day, I head to Kangra for my official meetings while Saru stays back to enjoy more time with her mother. The meetings in Kangra are productive, and I manage to accomplish a lot. Post meetings, I make my way to Palampur, where I’ve booked a stay at a hotel. The hotel is simple yet exudes a royal charm, making it a perfect place to unwind after a busy day.
Evening in Palampur
In the evening, I meet up with my colleagues Akshay and Jasdeep at the hotel. We have a delightful dinner together, sharing stories and catching up on various topics. The ambiance of the hotel adds to the pleasant experience, making it a night to remember. After our friendly chit-chat, Akshay and Jasdeep head back to their homes, while I prepare for the next day.
Day 3: Dharamshala and Back to Shimla
Akshay and I set off early for Dharamshala, a place known for its breathtaking views and peaceful vibes. We attend our meetings and also take some time to explore the area. The beauty of Dharamshala never fails to impress.
After wrapping up our work, we return to Palampur. Before parting ways, Akshay and I enjoy a relaxing break with a cup of tea and some Maggie. It’s these simple moments that make our travels special. Finally, I bid farewell to Akshay and start my journey back to Shimla.
Back Home to Shimla
Returning to Shimla feels great, and I’m excited to share our experiences with you. This trip was a perfect blend of family visits, work, and leisure, showcasing the beauty of Himachal Pradesh and the importance of cherishing every moment.
