Hi Ralph -thanks for the kind words! Some are straight from SS (they do a really nice job), others are from Michael's (custom frames). I have them framed with their 'museum' plexi, which guarantees 100% UV protection AND keeps the whole piece lighter from a weight perspective. I like to use HD Command Strips for mounting, so as to minimize holes in the walls.
Thanks, Eric :-) . It was fun to do. Although, some things you don't realize how challenging they are until you do them. This gave me a new level of respect for guys like Chris, Jorge, Gem, Mr X, etc that publish content near daily. It AINT easy! LOL
Awesome video Dan. I love your collection and the passion you have for this hobby. Also you're such a great positive person!! Keep it up and going. There's still so much room left for a lot of great statues. Can't wait to see an update in the future. Cheers mate and hope we'll be able to meet some day in person, maybe at one of the cons somewhere!
Great video Dan. Love that T-Rex bust. Of course all the statues are awesome but man that car! So cool and the Plate is brilliant. Really great tour. Thanks for sharing buddy.
Nice room tour love the prints if you dont want any statues anymore cause you dont really sell i wont mind 🙂im jk great vid dan 👊🏼 and HIIII CHRIS IM A YEAR LATE
Man that documentary about discovering Sue the T-rex had me so emotional I visited Chicago that same year. excellent collection my friend! looks like we shared a similar childhood!
Thanks, man! Ya, she's a 'sneaky cool statue; and she's even better in person. I really wanted a BW piece, and there was no turning back once i saw that one. I way over paid for her (about twice retail), but a she's a VERY scarce piece.
@@dandufault7521 hi! I see you have the Alex Ross Joker Villainy print. I sent you a FB messenger question about it. I have an opportunity to buy a glicee on Canvas (100 ES). Much more expensive than SS lithograph. Wanted your thoughts. Thanks
@@Ctpa1 Hi! I do have the Villainy print. If I had the opportunity to buy the canvas at a reasonable price at the time, I would have. I have several Ross canvases and there definitely is a substantial difference in how they look in the collection. If the price is right, go for the canvas! (Be sure to buy from a trusted seller👍)
Looking forward to the next Tour! You all have come a long way and I really appreciate all the Content!
I'm excited for it as welll.
