🤣 I'm microbiologist and I have to give the test today.. I hadn't remembered a bit of them. However, you wonderfully recollected all the stuff for me..❤❤
Thank you so much for this. I just got into seventh grade and wasn’t understanding how my teacher did it, but this makes everything so much clear to me now. Thank you so much 😊
My teacher gives us like 15 minute lessons that are very poorly explained and then gives us a test expecting us to know how do to this, very very helpful thank you so much
Sir Dave, I am currently enrolled in College now and one of my subject is Contemporary math. do you have any videos about the course and what are the topics included on the subject.
Thanks for the response, I'm no good on math that's why I always watch lessons online, hope to be good as you. I'll wait for more videos from you sir. By the way, i'm recommending your channel on my classmates, i learned a lot from your previous videos (math and science stuffs).
I have looked at several explanations for calculating area, but can't quite find what I am looking for. The theory makes sense, multiply length by width. However, nature is not always symmetrical. Applying this to the real world I have been trying to calculate the area of a rectangle in the back yard that has uneven lengths: 4.192 m x 2.235m x 4.139m x 2.112m. Obviously no 2 lengths or widths are the same. I couldn't find an explanation of how to solve this? Except logic told me to add the the 2 length dimensions together and divide by 2, and do the same for the widths. Then I multiplied 4.165 x 2.1735 and came up with 9.0537m square - I hope this is correct?
Thanks for good explanation. I would kindly request to get assistance for area measurements to square meters. All measurements figures are meters. 1. 28.10 × 24.70 × 4.70 × 31.15 × 33.50 meters. 2. 17.40 × 15.40 × 17.40 × 30.meters 3. 28 × 15.80 × 24.70 × 16.80 meters. 4. 10 × 30 × 10 ×30 meters. I will appreciate to receive a favourable reply your organisation. Kindly regards. H. Kashangaki
You didn't explain why the area for the circle is calculated by pi(r)^2. The whole reason I watch this series is to understand the concepts, not to memorize the formulas.
Whoops, in the checking comprehension the units themselves should be squared on the answers, sorry about that!
i recognize sir, its ok ur excellent btw
So helpful
Don't worry I forgive you
Very helpful, thankyou
VERY HELPFUL
Everyone understands what you say because you don't say what is happening, you say why is it happening, thanks for shared knowledge ❤️
Bruh I learned more in 6 and a half minutes than in 20 hours with the teacher
That's saying something!
5 minutes, the rest was intro and outro
hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
you are a life saver. I’m going into 8th grade and last year I slept and skipped all of my math class 😂
Agree
nice profile
What that is crazy talk!😵
What the heck are you typing?😵🤔
You telling me you learned this in 7th grade...your lucky!!! I'm in 6th grade and learned this at the beginning of the yr😔
I completely zoned out in a math class, this helped out SO much, thank you.
Bless man ily I literally have an exam and I forgot how this worked😭😭

i got a little confusion. how did you get the 4m height for the triangle at 04:20 ?
SAMEE
anyone else have to increase their volume to 200% to hear this?
I learned more here than in an actual lesson...WOW...
Excellent explanation!
My teacher gives us like 15 minute lessons that are very poorly explained and then gives us a test expecting us to know how do to this, very very helpful thank you so much
Sir David you are good explaining
Thank you so much, this helped so much during quarantine since my maths teacher wasn't really teaching us anything very well.
Great job Dave

never heard of it to be honest! probably just math as it applies to society. i'm sure you'll find it all in here!

I don't know your vlog but I subscribed.
Me too
Sir there's no better explainer on TH-cam like you. I love you. Sit
I’m in algebra rn lol I forgot how to calculate area
OMG! Thank You!! You just saved me!!! Im struggling with this and this helped me out SO much!!!
Who's from year 8 and just forgot how to calculate areas?
Me
me
me
im in year 11 bro and i just blanked. honest
Me
Here trying to help with my kids homework. I’m more confused now 😂
Thanks man i never understood the whole thing for a while and i now i do and all because of you
Great graphic on the area of a parallelogram there.
He just taught me more than my teacher did in a whole term in 6 minutes it shows something
Oh so true
how in the world did u get that answer for the rectangle + semicircle. :0
I’m still confused
same
also me
Same cuz the number is in the shape
Yea lol
Then you're not paying attention or letting yourself to get distracted or Your Stupid !!
Need one on a circle with triangle inside it 💀💀
Thank you, a great help!
no cap this 6 min vid is beter the my 30 min one that my teacher made
tysm i have a big test tomorrow about this
The first part to me was the most helpful🙂
Thnx🙏🙏🙏
Thanks today is my exam
The best explanation 🥰
Bro Saving me rn im about to go into Exams in one hour
It is so helpful thanks for that 🙏🏻
Thanks
Wow I got everything right thankyou
Oooooo...kkk
2*pi*r*r/2, 2*pi*r = L, L*r/2 =
area (circle = right angle triangle)
How'd you get 4m in 4:19?
It was a given value 😁
THE UNITS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SQUARED TOO!
TOO BAD IT WAS MISSED!
GOOOOOOD JOB THOUGH!

It is a great video
I love this guy
Sir pls koi trignometry nd log ke lie vdo bnaie
patience! you'll get what you want in time.
Nice, but the unit must be in square.
Sir I don't understand this 3:28
6×4 is 24 and then make times it to 0.5 (24×0.5) = 12

Dang you made everything too ez
I missed some squares to the units of length in the solutions at the end. Some? All of them. 🙃
Im 16 and i want to learn 😢
Ur cooked
helpfull tips
I have the STAAR TEST in less than an hour and I’m watching this so I can pass
Thank sir
60 m²

Tomorrow I have paper of math I am watching this video at 1:00pm 😂
How can I explain π to my 4 grade daughter. Please give me some idea.
Pi is ratio of circumference divided by diameter 😁
I forgot how to do this lmao
Completed 58/165 05/08/2023
Hi
you are so person
You are not calculating propyl
Propyl? This is not an organic chemistry lecture.
@@ProfessorDaveExplainsI just love how well you deal with your collection of morons!
Hiu
Me watching this in 2024
you lot are in year 8 and im doing this in year 5 🤣🤣
100%
the intro is aids
Yes, it aids you in having a lovely day.

It's so boring
Learning is supposed to be boring sadly
