Ey, Slo. That wasn't a glitch when the Hakai went on it's own way to past the borders, you locked off when you entered photo mode so it didn't activate the homing effect. Lock on at any point after you flick the Hakai and it'll immediately turn tail and start chasing the target.

In my opinion, DLC is mostly good. Though I do wish they gave him Hakai Sphere, Destruction Sphere and Hakai Shield in the DLC.

In my opinion, the dlc looks a tiny bit better. He’s a bit too pink, the player icon looks off, and the ripped clothes at the waste are the same color as him. Other that that, the mod looks great!

I can confirm that if you don’t have DLC 6 but do have DLC 12, Toppo does still have Power Rush.

I won’t lie, I think the model should look a little slimmer for Toppo. However, I think the DLC one is alright since they gave him mechanics they’ve never given to any character before and made him as detailed as possible.

Destructive Fission works like the Super attack Spirit bomb . It follows the opponent locked on and you can lock off and it can go behide the opponent then lock on and it follows them.

A little insight into DLC.
You don't have to buy any of it for all the data to be added to your system. The update puts it all there so it all already exists, it's just whether or not you can access it. It's why you can play with people who don't have the same DLC you have, you're all on the most updated version.

It’s not a glitch. It only tracks when you’re targeting. If you don’t target it’ll go past if it doesn’t hit the enemy.

I bought the DLC I don't understand why people are complaining the PQs are easy and I haven't done story mode yet but toppo is helping me in trying to get the resistance boots which I haven't gotten yet also just played the last PQ first try got toppos ultimate
They're fine just not great RNG for skills

Those similar move sets are some moves toppo have been using them against vegeta. and thats probably the images both modders and developers trying to bring into the game.

Modded Toppo: Has more Hakai attacks but doesn't do damage, damage output is weak, voice acting isn't official and has some Jiren voice lines, custom moveset that isn't good.

Both Toppos have their ups and downs but DLC Toppo is way better in every way. He has more to offer than the modded version

That sounds like you exceeded the aura limit. Clean install, install less auras, and you should be fine.
