He was hiding behind every headglitch possible, and didn't really move most of the game.. until he got the streaks. Nice achievement, but really boring to watch in my opinion, rushing 50+ kill gameplays are way more impressive to me.
100% agree with you I mean he ONLY got the 30 gunstreak near the end of the game which is stupid to think he basically got 95 kills or so from his killstreaks :s
I usually get around 85-90 kills per game, and I rush. But I play on PC. Also drop 30-40 kills per TDM. My average ekia/d is 3

For example I was going crazy at contraband with a dmr and was being crazy aggressive just diving in the water then flaking again etc. But I finished with 78 and 12 deaths so that sucked. That happens on PS4 without a gunship, soon as spawn trapping occurs they all back out
