FASD: Let’s move from shame and blame, to support and care

  • “My mom loved me.” When talking about FASD, there is often shame and blame. That does not help anyone. The best way to help moms and people living with FASD is to provide support and understanding.

    Very well said! something I need to think about and do.... me and my mother didn't have a good relationship and too back when she got pregnant it was the mid 60's ... no information on not drinking while pregnant I am getting there to forgive as she's not alive anymore it's hard though
