Now in the 3rd, (or second XD), world, Aiai and crew have come to Zootopia; the funnest amusment park around!! More like an ABUSE-ment park, since the owner, Fat Cat, has locked everyone inside the park with out-of-control attractions! Looks like Aiai has got to knock some sence back into Fat Cat's head!!!
((the conclusion is that Fat Cat is really just a robot, designed to keep people happy in the park, but he went haywire!))

I love how Zootopia from SMBA was designed to have a dark story and/or situation going on in that level, but dark in a way that's very easy to enjoy without feeling too scared.
Also, Disney Fans would have no excuses to accuse SEGA of copying Disney with the name *Zootopia* , because Super Monkey Ball Adventure was made all the way back in 2006, essentially 10 years before Disney's Zootopia movie/film was released! So if any of them copied one another, it would be Disney who copied SEGA with the name Zootopia, but even that is stretching it as well, since it is still very likely that neither of them copied each other to begin with. At least we have full proof that SEGA thought of that name/title before Disney used it.
It shocked me to find out this game has the lowest possible rating on Rotten Tomatoes and is generally badly received by everyone else. I thought it was brilliant when I was 9 and I get the urge to replay it every so often now. The scenery is excellent and the music is very enticing. I admit the balls are fucking impossible to manoeuvre but not to the point of a 0% rating.
@Suetonius: Maybe the rating is a little too low, 😕 but keep in mind that this game ventures outside of the original SMB formula too much and aside from loose controls, this game also suffers from overly difficult objectives and puzzles, as well as some glitches a few times, some even game breaking!!! 😌 I like this game too, 😞 but I don't blame Rotten Tomatos from giving it a bad score. It's not one of SEGA's better SMB games, to be honest.
It's the only one with an adventure format, so it was always special to me.
^.^ I do agree with that! It helped make the game unique from all other SMB games, for better or for worst! :) Fact is, despite all the flack the game receives overall, I still like to play it too!!! In fact, I think I should do a proper LP of it! :D How does that sound to you???
I think what you do is great and I hope you do an adventure LP. I haven't watched an LP in a few years since I'm less able to watch long stretches of video having grown up or whatever, but I'm not leaving my childhood behind.

I love this game. And the music, amazing! I never got to this part as a kid, but I would've loved it if I did. The music for this is so good, and so creepy.

Hold on a minute. Zootopia is the name of a 2016 Disney film. And Disney has there own theme park. And Disney is a big evil corporation that only cares about the money. I mean. Why else would the end the club penguin franchise all together in late 2018 and shut down their gaming devision all together and source out all their gaming related products to third parties like ea and warner brothers and own the flipping Simpson’s now! So putting all that together. I fell like zootopia in super monkey ball adventure. Is kinda making fun of and foreshadowing a big media empire like Disney.

This is an amusement park with rides and games. Zootopia the movie is about animals. There’s no mocking here.
