- Brainstorming is a great way to do a “brain dump.” Anything that comes to mind about the project or task, you write down first, THEN afterwards you organize what’s first, second, 3rd. Watch this video with 2 very specific examples to help you use the strategy in the future.
Brainstorming begins with WRITING. Write everything down - do not rely on your brain to remember everything because you WILL forget minor details and get stressed and annoyed - causing everyone else around you to feel the same. There is a 3-step process:
A) Write the title of your project on a piece of paper.
B) Do a brain dump of everything associated with the project.
C) Organize/prioritize what comes first, second, third, etc.
