From what i can tell, Byakuya is going to have 3 modes, base, shikai and bankai. We see him using 6 moves without bankai so i think one of his moveslots will be a switch button between base and shikai while the other 3 slots will be moves for eaxh of the modes. Bankai may also have the same thing going on where you switch between sekei and regular mode and havethe other 3 slots omce agaon have moves of each of the mode, but it is not likely.
Both quotes are different, gandhis is generally all, and is very religious and that gives a sense of remark that maybe we should treat everyone as the same, as in laws, power whether they are rich or poor or famous. But the other quote resembles a sign that needing a basis of equality may mean that we would slack off, and i agree to this to an extent. This would isolate the people who truly shape and change the world and those who want equality want to steal and embrace that work out of jealousy or ego. Both quotes resemble their own piece of speaker’s bias, as seen through experience and aim.
