I'm pretty lactose sensitive but I still consume stuff with lactose in it from time to time. For me personally the only things that fuck me up bad are ice cream and homemade mac and cheese. If I'm considering eating either of those things, I think of what I have to do in the next 12 hours and if I'll be in a comfortable environment or not (ex. work vs home). If I don't have much to do and/or I'm gonna be somewhere comfortable; I'm eating the lactose havin' foods.

Lactase! Anywhere that sells allergy medicine generally has lactase too. Take 2 or 3 if it’s an extra cheesy meal but i swear it works wonders
