Bought two usb a to usb b adapters and a usb hub to my ipad chatgpt said it would be best
Hi, what do you like to do with USB-A to USB-B? FLX10 has USB-C ports. Connect a USB hub to your ipad with lightning or usb-c that is ok, but then what to do what to plug with usb-b?
100 million youtube songs equals 100 million long samples that can be
manipulated, seperated, and recreated into a new music business. That is what we Artist do.
Yes it is, new era starts now, and we are in the first line to be apart of this revolution :)
Is it possible to run rekordbox on a Mac from the computer A input on channels 1 & 2 on the flx 10 then maybe an iPad in computer B input on channels 3 & 4 running djay pro? Probably a very small use case but I’m wondering the possibility?
But no audio from the Flx10 itself? Only from the iPad?
Audio comes from flx10, songs comes from the ipad. I connect my hd25 to flx headphone slot.
So no integration with the jog wheel displays. Will wait for the FLX8 : there wont be jog wheel displays to map 😅
:))) i heard that with macOS its working, only iOS and iPadOS not. Maybe later ;)
It sort of works with MacOS. The waveform is not visible, nor the album cover. It shows the time lapsed/remaining, bpm and key info. The FLX10 integration is not great compared to even third party apps like VDJ. Also the stem controls are somewhat weird. When I turn off all stem "parts" it doesn't mute the song but behaves like all stems would be on.
When you put the iPad Pro in an upright position, it does not have a mode like yours...There are no modes other than Classic, Pro, One Deck and 4 Decks
Sorry i don’t understand what you would like to tell me with this. Can you please specify a little bit? Thank you very much!
@@djpalahu I am using iPad Pro M2 and Hardware Mode does not appear..When you turn the iPad Pro vertically, the Hardware Mode that we see does not appear...I hope you understand now
Okay i see. First time i also didn’t see the hardware mode, but restart everything, then hardware mode was visible. Did you have a pro licensed of djay?
Can’t hear you🤷🏾♂️
Sorry :( bad sound i know. Only iphone camera i used, maybe its time to clean the mic :)) sorry mate ;)
@@djpalahu all good. I’m sure you have important things to say but if the sound is bad no one will listen no mater how Important it actually is. I learned that lesson the hard way.
LOL no my friend, use powered HUB.
I mentioned the external hdd drive which is usb powered, not the hub. I just think, that the ipad usb source maybe not strong enough to power a hdd drive, which has no other power supply, like this: aqua.hu/periferiak/axagon-ee35-xa3-35-kulso-merevlemez-haz-fekete-t615560
Is your usb pass through? If not it won’t charge your iPad as well. I had same issue with rev 5, then I got pass through usb hub and it charges iPad at same time. Bonus.
Yes the usb hub charge ipad when flx10 connect with usbA and usbC cable, so i can plug in a charger to the hubs’ usbC slot, and still i csn use pendrive. It looks like that my external harddrive is the main problem, it is not working at all :/
Excellent video 👍🏻... You showed how the usb c to c cable and flx 10 cable did not work with the hub while the usb A to c did which is very useful.
Regarding the external mechanical hard drive, they require a lot of power to work so attaching a dedicated power supply for the hard drive with a split cable would work. SSD's or NVME drives would work fine on the usb hub as do pendrives.
Actually usb c-c cable works directly perfect but not with that hub. So if you like to add a ssd or pendrive and like to use a hub, then it requires an usb a-c. :) thanks for watching! :)
