right when i start hyperventilating i see this
thank you so much i cant express how much this means to me
i need to vent and honestly a comment section is almost all i have right now
i have this deep weight that i carry everywhere from the things i have done and what i have been through
i lived though a sexually and physically abusive boyfriend and i still have to see him everyday
i want to lean on someone so badly but it makes me feel so guilty that i just cant do it and i find myself bottling it up
i feel trapped and hopeless
i told my parents about the boyfriend after two years of hiding it away but it doesnt really change how i feel
i still feel scared where ever i go and im still overly alert and paranoid

I understand how it feels to be paranoid about what's around every corner. There is always hope. I just got out from almost being admitted to a mental hospital, and can assure you that it may take time, but there's hope. I have hope for you, even if you don't have it for yourself.
