Yup, he s not just brawn, he has quite a strategic mind, hell if I remember correctly he discovered Batman s identity. In terms of strength he broke Batman s back (which is the running gag in this short) which led to the "Knightfall" story with the character Azrael replacing Batman while he recovered.
