I think the music used was to illustrate a time in the past that everyones familiar with, yet no one could ever go back to that time physicly. The people in the video, I would say quite a few of them have passed on, but live forever in that time.

I find the music in the background very eery, but very fitting and remenisant.

I agree, very atmospheric and eerie music. Do you by any chance know the name or author?

Well produced video. Music makes it all the more poignant. Populated with the ghosts from times just gone by.

No pub called The Aviary in Glasnevin.
The Brian Boru, Kavanaghs, The Cross Guns and The Tolka House the
preferred drinking holes while I grew up there, never heard of a pub called The Aviary in the locality..

Brian O'Reilly the aviary pub was in Canon St (the smallest street in Dublin) in the Liberties.

@@Karl_with_a_K lol!, I think you mean the 60s!. Clouds of smoke in the bars and guys drinking their heads off. There was a lack of education about alcohol and smoking those days. If you were to try and advise any of those guys about smoking and drinking, you would be told where to go. Of coarse nowadays its all drugs unfortunetly.

The most depressing background music it's sounds like a Cremation service FFS put something more apt for Public Houses and make the fucking thing enjoyable ..
