I was in the Army for 8 years, they discharged me out because of a medical disability in my last few years. Then I was a reserve police officer in a nearby city and they cut me due to PTSD. I became an EMT afterwards and had a complete panic attack about 2 months in... I had a real to real talk with myself before ending it all.. I'm still here, and that's what my buddies say matters most. Whoever is reading this, well, I love you. Hang in there.

Keep it occasional as f*ck, only when you are down to have a good time, not because you are having a bad time, otherwise you are rewiring your brain to function on it when feeling down. So keep it on the upper instead, and only do it to have a good time during the weekend only for example. Also don't overdo it, it aint worth the hangover and raising your tolerance. You enjoy your drink more, and save more money when you aren't used to the effects of alcohol. Heck I'm no expert, but I have a lot of experience, also not an alcoholic even though I have almost become one when I was younger. Almost 28 now, and smiling at life, nothing better than having full control of yourself. One must just keep in mind that there are times where you can enjoy, and there are times where you must get shit done, work on yourself, go to the gym, and progress at the things help keep you happy and healthy, and fit!
