    I'm not at all too fond of mingling around neighborhoods with such infrastructure and nostalgia being that I grew up in the New York ghettos but WHOA!....that is by far one of the most beautiful and coziest house I've ever seen in my life. Its such a warming feel and I'm just viewing it through a 5.5in screen on my phone alone lol I can only image an actual walk through. I would love to have this house. Absolutely magnificent 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

    Is it too much trouble to mention the city it's in? I happen to know that NoDa is in Charlotte North Carolina but many people don't.

    Very simple, and nice.But that is kind of big to be classified as a bungalow,isn't it?

      Isn't a bungalow one story, whether it is big or smaller? I live in a bungalow that is 2,000 sq. feet.

    • @karladenton5034

      @@karinadunmarra6223 There are "airplane" bungalows with a sort of second floor - a sleeping porch elevated to catch a breeze and windows on three or four sides.

    If this has the original woodwork why do people paint it white? Too much trouble to varnish the beautiful wood that is under?

    • @jonnyboyjunior116
      @jonnyboyjunior116 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Mary Lawson I see your point, it is a lot of work to hide something beautiful. It’s possible they did it to preserve the wood. It also looks well with the style of the home.

    • @calgal7828
      @calgal7828 4 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Mary Lawson I hate when someone does that! I owned a 1900 four square in Ohio with 2 beautiful staircases, columns, and huge pocket doors. Thankfully they were never painted.

    • @marylawson6060
      @marylawson6060 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@calgal7828 I think people either consider it old looking or that white makes the wood appear cleaner. Love the old varnish pocket doors and stained glass. Would love to find a house with original everything claw foot tub too.
