Kunleng invites Tenzin Tsultrim, ex-trainee at Camp Hale, and Jamyang Norbu, author, to discuss the collaboration between the CIA and the Tibetan resistance, commemorated by the unveiling of a plaque last week by US Senator Mark Udall at the former training camp, known by Tibetans then as 'the garden', where Tibetan fighters were trained by the CIA from 1958-1964, and then dropped into Tibet to organize resistance and gather intelligence.
