Adamslink, Chioma is not automatically a U.S citizen, it takes a process , not automatically cos they are married . If the wedding takes place in the U.S marriage registry , and she entered U.S as a Nigerian citizen which she is ,she can apply for change of status since she is already in the U.S , Green card first. Also, even if 2 Nigerian citizens enter U.S and choose to marry in a U.S marriage registry, it is allowed and they can return to their country . Their law does not say non-citizens cannot marry on their soil, as long as they enter U.S legally.
In Nigeria is it not the 3 process of marriages we undergo? Traditional, Court and church wedding. So why is davido's own questionable? Sharon Ooja has don Court first, yesterday Traditional and now on Saturday church I didn't see you hala on it. But all of a sudden you're now afraid of davido because for America na woman get everything. Lol. There's a process Adamslink. What Chioma has now is green card and not citizenship. Adam’s link , Chioma is not any automatic USA citizen, I am a citizen in the USA 🇺🇸 it doesn’t work that way .Davido has to file for Chioma to get a green card first then after some years she can apply for citizenship . But davido’s children can become citizens immediately they are born , in the USA . Adam’s link please do a research on google.

Marrying a US citizen does not automatically make you one. You can get green card through the marriage if you apply for it and the government grants it. Then you can start the process towards applying for US citizenship which can take 5 years or more depending on if you meet all their criteria.
