Nice. I did exactly what you mentioned. I put a pair of FMS 12 bladed fans on 6s, also replacesd retracts with Freewings and Robart wheels. Now I love it.
I think you really enjoyed feathering the throttle for that soft touch down. That jet reminds me of the kids with size 18 shoes in school. Looks like a big brute, but smooth and gentle in nature.
I've been wanting to see this bird fly . Very impressed with the Detrum rx setup . Looking forward to seeing what it will do on better day . Glad Dynam is staying with the 4s .
for a dynam its done pretty good as yeah dynam would never be my 1st option and thats due to past exp with them but this model seems like a winner so far will be great to see it in 6S and with a hit up from Cali Graphics thanks Ryan and Booby K for this awesome flight review , cheers from the Land Down Under.......... :-)
Well I like the way them powerplants sound for sure and its holding it's own. ..im only 5 min in the video. I think keep it stock for scale flying looks
Dynam planes are affordable and are modelers planes. Awesome flight thank you for your video keep flying you guys. Just having fun RC'n with friends and family
How did you like that Detrum rec. King Rat???? That transmitter is nice, getting one soon. Bobby have you tried the GPS return home setup yet? Want to know all about it. This jet is scale to the 262 right, could make the list 👍🏻✌🏻🖖🏻
King Rat I’m in the bidding on eBay for this jet !!! Hope I get a deal, hope Dynam rebounds. It was just little things on the radio I don’t like but I’ll live. Thanks for telling like it is too👍🏻✌🏻🖖🏻🎊
Ryan, did you 'dirty it up'? The Petrincic bros have, and it looks great, but I must admit, I was impressed with such a big aircraft on 4s, as well as your piloting skills! Hope you and yours are well, Den, Cymru (Wales)
Flies nice ur c of g must be of a tad bit tail heavy my old trick is if your elevator is level when trimmed that's perfect doesn't matter warbird pylon racer and 3d it's all the same 👍
Nice video guys you have a lot of experience in flying different aircraft Can I ask Ryan how do you do it I’m finding it harder to sneak a plane into the house without the wife knowing lol
Ryan, that was an all stock, no mods, out of the box jet?? Great flight, by the way! Great recovery on the landings. Nice and soft touch downs!! 6s may require some structural reinforcement. Any balancing of the edfs before the first flight?? Expensive aircraft to modify right away. AirHammer out!!
That power system was all stock on 4S. It is a big plane, but it is dual 70 mm EDF. No money needed to fly as is. Some people like to default to 6S and may want to upgrade and reinforce planes made for 4S. Other twin 70 mm birds are 200 more. I guess it depends on what you like to fly and what you want to buy. Enjoy
Just put one of these together and maidened. No way would I ever fly this thing without beefing up the elevator linkage... Pulled the elevator control sufaces off, replaced that little 14 gauge wire with a 4mm one and pinned it with 4 robart hinges on each elevator. I replaced all the super flimsy control linkages with Freewing ball links. Flying on a 6S 8000mah SMC with motors replaced with FMS 70mm inrunner units. Definitely floats in super nice for landings. Can get 6-8 minutes flying scale no problem. Nice jet... but its a Dynam product...
good rule of thumb is to look around on your way to the flying field....if there are birds flying then you can too...if the birds aint flyin ..THEN ...it might be too windy but otherwise if the birds can do it so can you because you have more power to weight than a bird
For a jet that size, Dynam should have also installed Dentrum Metal Geared Servos with decient Torque, not those Low End cheap plastic geared Dentrum Servos !
Why waist more money trying to upgrading this to 6S for more Power ? the Gloster should have left the Dynam Factory with a 6S Power Plant already installed !.....But then again, That's Dynam's mindset.

Good flying in those windy conditions! Several Dynam Gloster Meteor (6S) vids to be found on my channel. Greetings from Belgium
Maiden flight on a super windy day! You guys are daredevils. Nice plane. Nice flying.
That wind was crazy! Good looking bird!
Just like the 262, super floaty, take that landing. Nice job brother, really like this jet.
That was outstanding! Imagine how great it will fly on a normal day.
it really is neat. only one out there. if youre willing to model a little bit you could really have something special.
The balls you've got to maiden a plane in that wind!!!! I'm impressed with how it performed on 4S.
Nice video guys, that 4S performance surprised us all!!
Great camera work for such a windy day.
Itching to see this fly. It looks great in the air and such a unique looking aircraft. Even in 4s I’m digging it.
Ryan great flying with the wind. Bobby awesome video. 4am and the Old Man is catching up on my inbox. Coffee is gone. ✈😎💖
Fantastic as usual thank you for your channel Ryan feel like I know your buddy take care
Sounds good as it looks , good job Dynam!❤
impressive flying. fearless.
Cool plane guys, and awesome maiden flight:)
Nice to see it in the air!
Man that thing really did sound good nice shake down 👍👍👍💪💪💪
RTF EDF, I never thought I'd here that phrase in my life 😅
Cool unique bird.
Fly’s better than I thought for only 4s and it’s windy! To bad there’s no option for a6s set up package.
I've been wanting to see this bird fly . Very impressed with the Detrum rx setup . Looking forward to seeing what it will do on better day . Glad Dynam is staying with the 4s .
Finally got her out. Couldn’t wait anymore

Now if Dynam would only put those 12 blades in their 262. Thought it was when you where heading straight onto the camera.👍
Very nice
Great job.

Very impressive. If it can handle that kind of wind it's going to be loads of fun on a calm day.
Holy smokes, 20 to 25?!? Man you guys get it done dont ya?
It looks nice.
Pretty good flying considering the wind. Last time I flew in wind like that it cost me the front gear on my F4
Gutsy of PR to fly the old 'meatbox" in such a wind well done!

Dynam should sell an ARF+ option of the meteor or do they? Would motivate us 6S guys
Is the quality getting better for Dynam products ??
Sweet!!!!!!!
That wind sound !!! You need a gyro on that plane

I'm almost seeing a kitbash Canberra wanting to come out of this??

They don't ship to Australia.. Doh!
sweet,,
Too bad you have to fix-up the plane like patching holes in drywall after a crazy frat party
I think this is the aircraft that if you don't put the gear and flaps down in the correct order you can loose it.
Looks underpowered for a jet, twin fms 6s edf's would go well in it
stickemmonkeypants !
An odd bird
Stock motors with this thing are a dumpster fire. Swap them with FMS 70mm units and go to 6S and this plane is 100x better.
Why waist more money trying to upgrading this to 6S for more Power ? the Gloster should have left the Dynam Factory with a 6S Power Plant already installed !.....But then again, That's Dynam's mindset.
t
“Jet guys are gonna want 6s”..... It’s a pre-made lump of foam. Let’s not make it sound like we’re blue Angels pilots...🤣
You don’t know what you’re talking about
Flown in worst
