I would put both titans in spot 1 and 2 respectively with Luchador being a bit better and taking the first spot. But that has its conditions, it must have its 2 titan anticontrols paired either with mantis support when you are solo or with a Nodens/Khepri/ healing bot support from your teammates. With Minos you also need that 2 titan anticontrols but as an orbital support you can also use other attack ships like Orion better because unlike Luchador you can escape enemies or rush in better than Lucha which is sluggish without its jump ability. Minos is more mobile and from my experience more fun to play. So whichever of these titans you choose I believe in current meta you would do good anyways.
On a fun perspective, The minos wins personally, the cinder minos is a powerful and ultra fun beast that can spawn raid the enemies and annoy the heck out of them XD

Besides its firepower it doesn't have much survival focused abilities though, so it can die faster than the other 2. I would rank it lower than Minos and Lucha.

And my "Fire Bull" is currently lvl 130, the only thing missing is another titan anticontroll. But honestly, since they changed the negative effect cooldown, it's not that bad. And the cinder minos is the most fun i have ever had in 6yrs of WR, except when on a long-range map with no cover. No titan can be more fun that this, and if you arent fun when playing WR, then what is the point, right?
I love them both. I only prefer Ox cause my birth sign is a Taurus haha and I fell in love when I saw him. Just need the damn lunar squalls but can’t even get one
In the cylone match ,luchador didn't open its reflector in multiple suitable times that needs the reflector and thus received a lot of damage from ox. So the second race can't be a good referece for two titans
luchador is obviously stronger than minos but since caping beacon has always been the top priority in order to win the game, I would go for minos...but that jump unit of luchador also comes very handy when in a map like moon..😃

Also maybe if you want you can hire 5 Khepris to help you 😄 Also, did you go back to using performance graphics? I noticed that there weren’t any puddles on canyon

The Bahiu luchador player forgot to activate its reflector some times and the ox minos player knew how to play it.
