      @@vavas7827 According to Google search says,
      Yes, you can apply for your newborn baby's visa renewal at the same time as your own. Your baby will need to be included as a dependent on your application.
      Here are some important points to remember:
      * Your baby's BRP: Your baby's lack of a BRP won't be a problem. You can explain this in your application.
      * Family visa: You will likely need to apply for a family visa, as this is the most common type of visa for dependents of UK residents.
      * Supporting documents: You will need to provide supporting documents to prove your relationship with your baby, such as a birth certificate.
      It's recommended to start the application process well in advance of your visa's expiration date to avoid any delays. You can find more information on the UK government website: www.gov.uk/uk-family-visa

      Understanding the Issue: Name Mistake on UK Skilled Worker Visa Extension
      I understand your concern about the repeated forename on your UK Skilled Worker Visa extension application. It's important to address this error promptly to avoid potential complications.
      Potential Risks of Proceeding
      While it's understandable to want to proceed with the application, there are potential risks associated with this:
      * Visa refusal: The incorrect name might lead to a visa refusal.
      * Delays in processing: Correcting errors after submission can cause delays.
      * Additional costs: You might need to pay additional fees for corrections or reapplications.
      Recommended Actions
      Given the seriousness of the error, it's advisable to take the following steps:
      * Contact UKVI Immediately: Reach out to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) to inform them about the mistake. Explain the situation clearly and request guidance on how to correct it.
      * Gather Supporting Documents: Prepare any necessary documents to support your request, such as your passport and previous visa details.
      * Consider Professional Help: If you're unsure about the process or concerned about the potential consequences, consulting an immigration lawyer could be beneficial.
      Additional Tips
      * Be Persistent: Follow up with UKVI if you don't receive a response within a reasonable timeframe.
      * Keep Copies: Maintain copies of all correspondence and documents related to the application and the error correction process.
      It's crucial to address the name error before proceeding with the application. Taking the necessary steps now can prevent future complications and increase your chances of a successful visa extension.
      Would you like to know more about how to contact UKVI or find an immigration lawyer?

      Sorry to say, but I don't know much about the subject. According to a Google search,
      No, an English language test is not required to convert a dependent visa to a skilled worker visa in the UK, specifically for dependents of a Skilled Worker visa holder. Their previous immigration status allows them this exemption.
      There is however an English language requirement for the Skilled Worker visa itself. You need a B1 level of English proficiency across all four areas: reading, writing, listening and speaking. This can be proven through a Secure English Language Test (SELT) or by meeting alternative qualifications such as a UK-taught degree.
      For more information on the English language requirements for a Skilled Worker visa, you can visit the UK government website: www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/knowledge-of-english

    I’m on skilled worker visa and my kids are on my dependent visa. Now it’s time to renew their visa.when I apply for my son who is 12 year old, after filling applications and make payment they are asking evidence about his account and also school enrollement and attendance. Is it normal? My son is already in uk for more than a year

    • @Librysis
      @Librysis  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Sorry to say, but I don't know much about the subject. According to a Google 🔍search,
      It can be normal for the UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) to request evidence of your son's school enrolment and attendance even though he's been in the UK for over a year and on a dependent visa. Here's why:
      * Dependent status: As a dependent on your skilled worker visa, your son's visa status relies on yours. The UKVI might be checking to ensure he's still in full-time education, which is a requirement for dependents aged 12-16.
      * Verifying information: They might be verifying the information you provided in your initial application or previous renewals.
      Here's what you can do:
      * School enrolment and attendance: Provide a letter from your son's school confirming his enrolment and attendance record.
      * Bank account: For the bank account, it's less likely they require one for your son at this age. It might be a misunderstanding or a system generated request. However, you can clarify with UKVI by calling their helpline at +44 (0) 300 303 0101.
      Here are some resources that might be helpful:
      * UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI): www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration
      * Dependent visas - requirements for children: www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/your-partner-and-children(You can find the phone number for the helpline here too)
      In summary, while it might seem unusual, it's not uncommon for UKVI to request additional documents during a visa renewal. Providing the requested information (school enrolment and attendance letter) should help with a smooth renewal process.

      There's no minimum period before your visa expires that you need to wait to start the application process. However, it's generally advisable to start the process well in advance to allow ample time for processing.
      Key points to remember:
      * Apply before your current visa expires.
      * You can extend your visa multiple times.
      * After 5 years, you may be eligible for permanent residency.

      You can contact the UK Vis and Immigration (UKVI) about inquiries on adding a dependent to an existing visa extension application through their enquiry channels:
      * Phone: You can call UKVI inside or outside the UK using the contact details on the GOV.UK website: www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi-inside-outside-uk
      * Email: Alternatively, you can email UKVI for general enquiries at enquiries@homeoffice.gov.uk.
      According to the Google search:
      * Complete your application without your child's details.
      * Once your child's passport is ready, inform the UK Vis and Immigration (UKVI) about the change. You can do this by submitting a document update request along with the required documents.
      The required documents to update your application with your child's details include:
      * Child's passport copy
      * Visa copy (if applicable)
      * Birth certificate
      * Biometric information (if applicable)
      The UKVI will then update your application to include your child.
