If memberships are made available it should allow access to all episodes, while you continue releasing the free episode each day as you have been doing. The could also apply to new audiobooks once you release them, members get access all at once while non members get the free daily episodes.
For me I will not be buying a subscription. I will just appreciate however many episodes I can get for free. I like 3 but I understand if you have to cut back to keep a free version.
