A speedy dinner made by a working mom who is short on time.
Today's menu is [no-fry fried chicken / dried daikon radish strips / salad / miso soup] made in 20 minutes!
My kids also liked the no-fry fried chicken.
It's healthy because it can be made without using oil, and there's no need to clean up after using the oil, so it's easy to make at home.
I hope this will be helpful for quick cooking.
