Personal observation from a foreign contractor who once worked in Liberia! Regardless of who becomes the next Liberian President, as long as there is no national economic or social agenda to unify Liberians, Liberia will remain one of the most undeveloped country in Africa I have worked in as a foreign contractor. There are many skilled Liberians living in the diaspora who returned to Liberia when I worked there but many had to leave Liberia because of ingrained corruption and the complacency of many government officials not to tackle the mounting problems of Liberia: waste management, electricity, running water, roads, public housing, education, public transportation, safety, housing, medical, employment, just to name a few. The lack of economic diversification (the spreading or disbursement ) of economic resources/opportunities to other parts of Liberia is grossly depriving majority of Liberians living in rural parts of Liberia from achieving their human potential. Many Liberians had to relocate to an already congested over-populated capital city-Monrovia for their economic survival. Tribalism, corruption, egotism, “crabs in the bucket mentality”, and the blatant disregard for the rules of law are national development impediments I observed when I was hired as a foreign contractor to work in Liberia. Liberia is richly endowed with natural resources but politically curse with bad leaderships! 🇺🇸👍🏿
Nice song but at the end of the day, JNB taking this thing from Weah. I'm sorry to say it because Liberian people just love people who will lied to them.
I noticed madam Josephine Davis Bravo...... J D i pray for a big win for you, darling..
