This is part 2 & Final, AIC, Inc (the African & Immigrant Communities of America) Organized the Annual Mawlid (Birth Date) of our Prophet Muhammad
‎(صل الله عليه وسلم) on Saturday, October 7th, 2023 here in the Metro Atlanta Area in DeKalb County, Hundreds of Muslims families and individuals Collectively (including friends of Muslims) attended this very blessed occasion of Commemorating the Annual Mawlid!
The Program was opened by Great (MashaAllah) Quran Recitation of Hafidh Safiyu-Allah Khan, Baraka Allahu Feehi Wafeekum Ajmaeen!
During our annual Mawlid, DeKalb County Commissioner Lorraine Johnson officially recognized the Annual Mawlid, we are greatly appreciative of her dedicated public services, copy of her official Proclamation is attached;
We also thank and appreciate years of collaborations with the city of Clarkston, representing Mayor Burks by Vice Mayor Deborah, & Councilman Awet, also, thanks to Dr. LaDens Bolton who’s running to fill the shoes of Commissioner Lorraine Johnson for celebrating the Mawlid with us as well.
On behalf of AIC, Inc, we thank, Commissioner Loraine Johnson for her relentless support to our communities, all generous donors for their contributions, all Volunteers for their really outstanding & well-done job until the end of the program, and for cleaning and handing the center well cleaned as we received it, more importantly, special thanks to Paige K. Singer, Division Manager, Bianca, East Central DeKalb County Community Center Supervisor, Tim Hardy, Recreational Leader; Fred, David, and Paul for their all support until the end of the Program!
Also, we thank Hajj Riyadh, (AICP) President for sending us the great Madih (chanting) teams from out of State, Hajj GHASSAN, Hajj Nabil, from Florida & Hajj Ziyad from Houston, and Sheikh Abduljalil, from South Carolina for his timely needed lessons!
Our Youth Sister Asha Adil delivered very beneficial messages (it’s included in this part 2) May Allah greatly Reward her.
This is final report, the videos here in this part (2) report video highlights of (Masha’Allah) very successful international (thanks to all diversely participating from different nationalities (as it’s beautiful Unity in Diversity) Mawlid (2023) are attached please know this is complete & the final report!
