Side windows not clearing … I get this issue with the side windows and just responded to a post made by several owners of the Tucson why the windows aren’t clearing when lowered down and up!! This was my response… Glad I found this!! I have the same issue on the 2023 model which is certainly a defect and a dangerous one at that!! It causes blind spots! When dirty or heavy rain it’s impossible to see, especially when reversing!! This should be brought to attention of Hyundai … It’s obviously a rubber seal issue as it does not make contact with windows!!
@@gobrad hi I had this issue on numerous cars over the years , it first came to light when we started selling Honda HRV 10 years ago . Clearing the windows is not a function of the rubber seals. When the window is closed the rubber seal is tight so you don’t get wind noise etc. As a result the window seal is doing its job of stopping wind and water entering when it’s closed . I stand to be corrected but this is my understanding.
@ Yes I agree with you but it is the standard for years the rubber seal is designed to hug the windscreen on preciion so no died, wind, rain etc gets into the door, also fir the function to clear!
@ you could ask the manufacturer for an official guideline, but speaking from experience clearing the windows is not function of the rubber seal. Rather, it’s a byproduct, depending on the shape of the window, and the seal in certain vehicles, but not all. If I’m incorrect and the manufacturer comes back with a different response, please do let me know.🙂👍
Hi you can get the digital key and smart parking on the new hyundai tuson 25 model can you show that and what's the difference between the n line s and the ultimate spec
Hi there, smart parking, we don’t have as an option in Ireland unfortunately.. we don’t get the ultimate specification in Ireland, are you based in UK or Canada?
just struggling a bit at this time of year with time, but this video here will show you the difference between the old model and new model if you have time to watch it th-cam.com/video/XPTn6trgrnE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=avvA7UlXYzTJIO32
@@shanekeenan6695 unfortunately I can’t be sure looking at the specification sheets, but if I had to guess I would say it’s more probable that it does in the facelift phev .. unfortunately, I just haven’t had one in stock yet
This is the video im waiting for, in the Philippines we only have 3 variants Petrol, Diesel and Hybrid, 29k USD vs 34k vs 39k ..cif they have similar specs with the executive plus, I think diesel is more bang for buck, considering that diesel is also cheaper than gas. What would you recommend @Brian, do you think hybrid is worth of all the features?
@@doolanbrian no, more of urban driving. will the savings on the hybrid, justify the higher price? though i have to check for the features, no brochures here for 2025 tucson yet (probably TOTL is the hybrid)
@@PilipinasKongMahal021 okay I would be more worried about somebody that does short, stop start driving, the reason being the diesel engine has a diesel particular filter that can clog when the vehicle doesn’t do regular motorway driving, in my opinion, if you don’t do regular motorway driving, I would advise the hybrid, more so for reliability In this case, the diesel engine really only suits people that are doing long highway driving, which allows the diesel particular filter to remain clear The hybrid is unfortunately more expensive, but the good news is it has more power and an automatic gearbox , but realistically in terms of fuel efficiency, I don’t think it’s any more efficient than the diesel
@@doolanbrian thanks a lot! probably would go to hybrid then. thats a good insight, never thought about that, im just thinking diesel is a solid choice since i want the torque with a bit more savings. i was thinking also the battery life if ill be using this on the next 10+ years
@@PilipinasKongMahal021 totally understand, if you buy the diesel, you just have to be mindful that you need to do regular highway driving to keep the diesel particulate filter clear👍

Can I order heads up display on the tuscon Brian ?
@@youtubeforme if it doesn’t come from the factory then, unfortunately I don’t see an option as an aftermarket fitment👍
Does it still have the feature that you can remotely park it in a space

The UK has it as part of the tech pack £600.00. Only on top specs, though. But they're hard to get unless you like waiting for factory order.

Brian, does any of the specs on the new Tucson have adaptive/active cruise control now? I missed that feature on my 2023 model
Just need to confirm, I think it’s on the hybrid but not the manual diesel but I’ll come back to you
It looks like the hybrid N Line and executive plus do indeed have adaptive cruise control!

Which hatchback?

Gasoline version is not coming to some countries weirdly. Only Disel. Why?
