Great information. But it could happened due to miss firing caused by missed timing. You will have to advance the timing through timing advancer. And one more thing, this missing happened due to bad alternator. It happened to my car too. I had also did all these permutations and combinations. After changing the alternator, problem was solved. AC needs more power and bad alternator didn't give it resulting the drop of voltage and variations in sensors value going to ECM resulting jerking and missing on AC and on slow down conditions.

I have altoK10 AGS 2015 model. Nai gadi me hi maine CNG lagwa li thi after 2000 KM. Mera bhi experience 100% apke jaisa hi. Ek saal theek chali uske baad kuch na kuch kharcha laga rehta hai. Head bhi ho chuka hai 85000 km pe. Abhi tak 145000 chala chuka hu. But petrol ke comparison me itni savings hai na ki ye choti moti problems ko seh lete hain. Atleast 3.5 lacs bacha chuka hu petrol ke. Aur abhi 50000 aur chalane ka irada hai. 😀 Delhi Jaise citi me CNG ke bina survive bhi nahi kar sakte.🤷

Factory fitted CNG hi leni thi, But sir AGS hi mangta tha. AGS ka comfort aur CNG ki costing...deadly combination hai. Uske lie kuch extra pain to uthana pada but no regret. 145k KM chala li ha. Itna kam hi entry level private cars achieve kar pati hai . Frankly speaking kabhi sochna nahi pad for Peak hour traffic hustle ya lambi doori travel. Specially jab office ka daily run hi 100 km per day ho.
This is because of improper ignition timing or improper ignition, This is called engine knocking, This happens because CNG is getting compressed more and igniting before the sparkplug can ignite or due to heat in the engine, This will damage the engine walls and head. Also check sequential kit pipes if they are leaking.

Sir दोनो फ्यूल की density अलग अलग होती हैं ।आप सीएनजी के इंजेक्टर को थोड़ा सेट करा लो , वो स्लो स्पीड में सीएनजी को थोड़ा ज्यादा जाने देगे और 8 इंजेक्टर वाली लगाओ । कभी भी दिकत नही आयेगी । 4 इंजेक्टर स्लो स्पीड पर काम करते h or high speed par 8 इंजेक्टर काम करते हैं । सीएनजी में स्लो स्पीड पर इंजन में इतनी पावर नही निकलती की वो एसी का लोड उड़ा सके

Small engine cars have problem like this as they already have small power and cng also reduce the power of the engine. cars with 1200cc, 1500cc engine or more doesn't face such problem because their engine generate enough power even after cng installment. If cng is company fitted then there is no problem even if your engine have less than 1000cc.

I am having celerio AMT with Lovato CNG kit. I was faccing issue, but after going to Bangalore Auto Gas, Nayandahalli, they made injector size more and tuned the advancer. From then there is no knocking especially in AC, infact many times i have started the car in cng in morning and didnt show any problems. Clean Airfilter is key to good performance as i generally see deterioration of performance when it reaches 6k mark. I take it out, blow it and it again becomes ok. Hope it helps.

India mai automatic ka alag segment hota aur cng ka alag. Combination ki itni demand nahi. Similar to diesel automatic ki. Sonet ka htk+ itni jaldi band ho gaya. Bahut si countries mai sirf cng based engines bhi hote.. With all electronics and automatic. CNG commercial Bharat mai are also examples

If you start with petrol in morning and drive 5km in petrol and then change to CNG and when you stop car at end of day then just convert cng to petrol drive 5km and stop at home at night. This is valve problem if continuously drive in CNG fully so there is no issue in CNG Kit its all about managing CNG KIT in a petrol car

Manual transmission me bhi ye problem aati hai bhai mene 2010 me ritz me cng lagvai thi bad me ek bar head banavaya aur thik ho gayi bad me har25000 km bad head ka kam karvana padta hai cng vale is issue ko ignore hi karte hai abhi 235000 km chala ke bech di.. cng me chale to petrol me bandh pad jati petrol me jyada issue ayega bad me.
@@deepaknsss Modern cars usually have one ignition coil for every spark plug. So, if you have a four-cylinder engine, there are four coils. Mine is a 4 cylinder engine. Yours must be a 3 cylinder engine, hence 3 coils. You may get them checked at every 10k km after you clock 60,000 km

CNG cars also have filters I think. They need to be cleaned or replaced. One person on a Whatsapp group shared the same problems with CNG and how he got the CNG filters changed (I don't know if there are filters or not, you'd have to ask the CNG guy) and how his car started responding like new fitted CNG.
Ye aadmi paagal hai don't listen to him . He has faulty engine . During CNG kit instalation he got installed from local non experience Shop . AMT has nothing to do with CNG.
This problem happens due to the difference in combustion temperature of CNG and Petrol, to avoid this problem we should not drive continues for more than 150km without taking a break and not driving at speeds more that 70kmpl to avoid heat in the engine, also the coolant needs to be changed more frequently
Cleaning throttle body is part of regular maintenence manual , automatic or amt does not matter. Petrol or cng does not matter only thing is cleaning interval has to be sooner in cng use than petrol use .

CNG FITMENT mai problem nahin hai aap ki brand mai problem hai, mere grand I10 AT 2017 model mai laga hai aur advancer ke saath laga ke software tunning karke chala rahai hain koi problem nahin. CNG ko automatic mai instal karsakte hain. Aap experiment kariye hyundai gadi mai niras nahin honge.
You issue root cause- When the Engine ECU gets AC signal on he manages the throttle valve & fuel injection to maintain the ideal rpm. But when you switch to CNG mode, the vehicle ECU does not have control on petrol injection, so he cannot maintain the ideal rpm. And you face the jerk issue and also your engine stops. This issue you will face only during ideal rpm. The Indian car maker still doesn't work on the CNG engine. They are still installing CNG kit on their petrol engine. Petrol engine works on an 8:1 power ratio while the CNG engine requires at least a 12:1 power ratio.

Many people have cng fitted to their amt cars, especially in cities. My neighbour has it , he has been driving for more than 3 years. No such problem.

If you start with petrol in morning and drive 5km in petrol and then change to CNG and when you stop car at end of day then just convert cng to petrol drive 5km and stop at home at night. This is valve problem if continuously drive in CNG fully so there is no issue in CNG Kit its all about managing CNG KIT in a petrol car

Manual transmission me bhi ye problem aati hai bhai mene 2010 me ritz me cng lagvai thi bad me ek bar head banavaya aur thik ho gayi bad me har25000 km bad head ka kam karvana padta hai cng vale is issue ko ignore hi karte hai abhi 235000 km chala ke bech di.. cng me chale to petrol me bandh pad jati petrol me jyada issue ayega bad me.
You need to change the Ignition Coils. They are 4 of them. They give up in 60k to 110k km depending on which car you have.
All coils are working fine and there are 3 coils not 4.
@@deepaknsss Modern cars usually have one ignition coil for every spark plug. So, if you have a four-cylinder engine, there are four coils. Mine is a 4 cylinder engine. Yours must be a 3 cylinder engine, hence 3 coils. You may get them checked at every 10k km after you clock 60,000 km

Hi Venkat, I have Ignis alfa amt. CNG is working fine in my car. Drove almost 40k. Go for good quality CNG kit+ good fitment. No issue at all.

CNG cars also have filters I think. They need to be cleaned or replaced. One person on a Whatsapp group shared the same problems with CNG and how he got the CNG filters changed (I don't know if there are filters or not, you'd have to ask the CNG guy) and how his car started responding like new fitted CNG.
Change ignition coil, I'm also faced this problem... N solved after coil replacement

Ye aadmi paagal hai don't listen to him . He has faulty engine . During CNG kit instalation he got installed from local non experience Shop . AMT has nothing to do with CNG.

This problem happens due to the difference in combustion temperature of CNG and Petrol, to avoid this problem we should not drive continues for more than 150km without taking a break and not driving at speeds more that 70kmpl to avoid heat in the engine, also the coolant needs to be changed more frequently
AMT is a computer controlled system linking transmission to engine... Probably the cng feed system cannot be successfully linked...

I think it is not the issue with the CNG. In AMT cars, cleaning the electronic throttle body is a serious problem leading to irregular RPM levels.

Yes cleaning throttle body is a pain to control the car in irregular rpm.
Cleaning throttle body is part of regular maintenence manual , automatic or amt does not matter. Petrol or cng does not matter only thing is cleaning interval has to be sooner in cng use than petrol use .

CNG FITMENT mai problem nahin hai aap ki brand mai problem hai, mere grand I10 AT 2017 model mai laga hai aur advancer ke saath laga ke software tunning karke chala rahai hain koi problem nahin. CNG ko automatic mai instal karsakte hain. Aap experiment kariye hyundai gadi mai niras nahin honge.
You issue root cause- When the Engine ECU gets AC signal on he manages the throttle valve & fuel injection to maintain the ideal rpm. But when you switch to CNG mode, the vehicle ECU does not have control on petrol injection, so he cannot maintain the ideal rpm. And you face the jerk issue and also your engine stops. This issue you will face only during ideal rpm.
The Indian car maker still doesn't work on the CNG engine. They are still installing CNG kit on their petrol engine. Petrol engine works on an 8:1 power ratio while the CNG engine requires at least a 12:1 power ratio.
