I love the information you give, extremely informative, so greatful. However, this thing about people in their late 30's, 40's and 50's being slow and complaining may not apply to everyone. Not every body is the same, circumstances are different for everyone. My mum started a business at 45 and she has really grown, taken care of I and my siblings through college. True, maybe you met stubborn older people but you may put off genuinely focussed people who want to learn, pick up and grow.
I'm 42 and have had quite a share of struggles as a single parent. It's at this age that I'm going through the biggest healing from my past and that means I'm beginning to be refreshed by God as He opens my heart and mind up. It's never too late with God and He can kick-start you on greatness at any journey, as we seek to live our purposes.
