I have battles from 2004/5/6 that I still haven’t watched. Believe me, I’m a HUGE battle rap fan and I’ve watched thousands of battles. I just can only really watch a battle when I’m in a certain mood. But this battle, this one right here… man was I happy I clicked this shit, it was one of the best battles I’ve seen all year..

Ive watched kangs last few. Props to real deal for giving him a shot. One minor suggestion for kang is just make that delivery clear as hell. I love the wordplay but if i gotta rewind it to catch the punch its less appealing

Kang is a little shouty for me, but his style grew on me over 3 rounds. Real Deal was a consummate vet here, a polished performance. His third was impeccable.
I've been digging into Kang's battles ever since he went up against Danny. This dude is wild. He's got aggression *and* an unorthodox pen, which is a combination you don't see often. The fact that Real Deal was reacting to his shit the whole battle should say something. He's supposed to be battling Jak Tripper next. If Jak comes with his best material, that's going to be a classic.
This was HONESTLY one of the best Real Deal battles I’ve seen in years, he must’ve taken this seriously. This is the first Kang battle I’ve ever seen and he’s a beast and obviously one of the up and comers to look for. The wordplay, delivery and all around performance was some of the best shit I’ve seen since covid hit, from both performers. I wasn’t expecting much from this battle and maybe that’s why I thought it was so nice, but after watching some of the giant battles in late 2020 and early 2021 that audiences were highly anticipating and being immensely let down, this really brought back my faith in battle rap. Super big shout out to Kang, Real Deal and ibattle for putting on one of the best performances of 2021. Like if you agree
