I got 3 penalties refused to pay them cause haven't lest on the skirts not even deep in more than 5 min so now refused a recovery of unpaid penalty charges and the same I returned the letters back to them
What was the outcome? I just received a fine having paid for a day and left after midnight so they sent me a fine. What a con. I don't want to pay this bollocks. Have you had anything come up?
The so-called "Clean Air Zone" is nothing more than a revenue earner for the local council, like so many of the BCC ideas, it will backfire and the local taxpayer will be left to pick up the bill.
