Turk-Aegean Cuisine 2024. Turkish Cuisine Week 2024 in Trinidad and Tobago

We celebrated the Turkish Cuisine Week 2024 in collaboration with ElJo"s Restaurant in Port of Spain. This year we promoted Turk-Aegean dishes. In the Aegean Cuisine a lot of vegetables. fruits, seafood and meet is used. Dishes are often prepared with olive oil, which is produced locally. We prepared a full menu with appetizers, main dishes and desserts. Later Turkish coffee, tea and Turkish delight was served.
The Media Dinner took place on 29th May 2024. The main event was between 5th-8th June 2024. The dinner for special guests of the Embassy was organized on 8th June 2024.
