I just love the way you make them all work together with the theming, just makes it where we can actually see it happening and wish it did lol. Marcus' mom deserves a partner, maybe you could do a video giving partners to prominent characters like her Matt's dad and why not just all the parents lol
I'd love to see a heroic bio-hybrid team that fought alongside their partners really expand on the idea of fighting alongside that marcus himself introduced properly to the franchise.
Kurosaki and Shirakawa with rhino and mail dragon feel like a rook and a bishop in their appearances, so I really like those armor picks. Rhino is the rook. Big, strong, stout and moving in a straight line. Maildramon being taller and with the "holy" wings to sort of tie-in to holy bishop. Plus head slightly turned means it can move on the diagonal. I think these are actually wonderful picks, Karn. Truly.

My only issue with Bio-Fanglongmon is that it takes away Marcus’ ability to punch which is a big part of his character. I agree about keeping him a dragon and about the tie to the souvenirs. But hear me out, give him 2 bio megas, he is the main character after all. Bio-Fanglongmon and Ruin mode are his dark Bio-evolutions. With Fanglongmon being his dark evolution and Ruin mode being him falling even deeper into that darkness. His true Bio-evolution could be a humanoid dragon digimon to better mirror Bio-Darkdramon. So, why not Bio-Dorbickmon or Bio-VictoryGreymon?
Rather than changing Karn's idea I think it would be an awesome chance to introduce something like Fanglongmon Fighter Mode, as a sort of counterpart to Imperialdramon Fighter Mode. Both very important dragon figures in Digimon lore, with the latter having tons of inspiration in Europe and Arthurian legends, and the latter representing Chinese and overall east asian culture.
Really loved the way you tied everything together at the end. I like that fanfic feel of your what if videos in that you can tell there is some kind of plot behind your ideas.

Maybe with Relina (Thomas' sister) as a member due to her similar age, and someone else getting partnered with Gotsumon because I really wish he got a partner. Heck make it one of Ivan's brother who is trying to follow in the footsteps of his brother working with DATs and yet trying to do it right.

Honestly, I could see this story happening. Kurata spearheading the 'biohybrid project', not because he agrees with DATS goals of protecting the worlds, but because he wants to rule both and the officers are just test subjects to perfect the process.

This would be a great concept for a whole season. It would be a neat repurposing of a concept that on its surface is ripe for horror (what has been done to these people where this is possible) and following the team choosing to do good with their abilities anyway. Could be a spookier season. Like you showed here, different lines could be used to help show off the connections between characters really effectively
Wow. First of all these bio evolutions weren't at all what I had in mind for this cast. And if there's something I learned watching this is that bio digimon have their headpieces colored red and and the megas have it colored green to differentiate them from the original versions. I feel like I knew this when watching the anime but it's probable that after all this time I just forgot about this detail! My favorites on this list is definitely the four sovereign beasts. That was really neat👍
Yeah Marcus is 100% a Flamedramon. A lot of the megas feel like you could also explain most of the mega bio-evos as biomerges/jogress with how much they tie in with the partner.
Honestly, it always felt like to me at least that Data Squad / savers was trying to push that they were trying to push for armor Digimon to be considered perfect level. If you think about it, the biohybrid trio each have an armor Digimon and then a mega. Digimon World DS which came out at the time Data Squad was airing on television had all armor Digimon evolved from champion level oh, and of course I think the biggest example from the show is that one episode where Drimogemon evolves to Digmon.
Amazing idea and video, i think Miku and Megumi could get Maildramon AND DarkMaildramon ( I know it's not Armor Digimon, but it's variant of one ) instead of Rhinomon, also i think Archelomon would fit Homer better, he should be aware of Zudomon while in his Bio Form.
I can actually see in the story how they could do this and still keep their Digimon. In the story when he makes the human cross with Digimon. He finds a field or frequency that around a large parameter only Digimon like that can exist. So as soon as they digivolve there Digimon the field goes up pushing their Digimon outside but the field but since they all have unique ways of digivolving having such a strong bond forces their DNA with the combined in the field. Allowing the humans to digivolve only in this field regular Digimon can't enter the barrier. Also I would love to see a custom art video of this in the future and your picks are great.
Here's an idea. So with my digimon cards. I enjoy making digivolution lines for my favorite digimon. So the idea. If you had a digimon partner, ignoring official lines. What digivolution lines would you them? Or to your favorite digimon. How many partners? Example: I made 12 since you can 12 partners in cyber sleuth. One line I made: terriermon-moosemon- rapidmon( gold) - cherubimon ( gold)

This is reminding me that Kurata wanted to turn Relena into a Bio-Hybrid to cure her degenerative disease. Although Thoma prevented the "surgery", it was possible to see the Digimons that Kurata would use in the transformation, they would be an Angewomon, a Crysalimon and an Elecmon. What Bio-Hybrid Theory came out of this merger? A Bio-Ophanimon? A Bio-Valkirimon? 🤔🤔🤔
I mean, it was really just an expansion of the Legendary Spirits from Frontier, imo. And that was just a further exploration of Biomerge Digivolution from Tamers.
If they ever do decide to bring this concept back, I hope they play with the designs more, I mean they don't necessarily look bad, but they could look alot cool, at least make them look noticably more different than the base digimon design

The rhino is a fairy chess piece that moves like a knight but then at the end of the l moves any number of pieces diagonally. The dragon is a piece in a number of chess variants and relatives. So, in a way Rhinomon and Maildramon are sort of chess adjacent.
Two ideas for future videos 1. Turning each season characters in to kamen riders because that be so cool especially since well: Base form=rookie Upgrade form=champion Super form=ultimate Final form=mega Extra/movie=ultra/mode level,etc 2. All protagonist/goggles head digimon combined into one similar to Ultraman taiga the movie:new generation climax. I'm officially beginning my campaign to have Frontiers Mega Spirit digivolutions for the other digidestined besides Takuya and Koji. Think Emperorgreymon and Magnagarurumon equivalents for the rest of the characters.
One thing I always wondered and maybe it's been too long since I've seen all the seasons so I might have forgotten, but what the inverse of Tamers or Digimon 02 would be like as in instead of two elements to a digimon it was two digimon to one tamer each with its element. So like instead of one digimon representing two elements, there'd be two digimon with their own elements. Like if Tai had Agumon and Gabumon
As much as I love the Fuenglong pick, I think it works better for an ultra level biohybrid, with Marcus's real Mega being Victorygreymon, since it both keeps up the adventure homage while also working nicely with Shinegreymon.
A thought occurs to me...natural biohybrids...but how thats possibly is a bit um...some questions are better left unanswered? Essentially Marcus's dad would actually be Bancholeomon and that's as far as that's going. But considering how Marcus is always up for a fight to the point of punching megas himself, and considering how Kurata has a whole Pro Humanity thing (what a hypocrite he was. In the end he just wanted power.), it honestly could work.
I’ve been screwing around with a made up digimon story featuring the the 02 digimon where it was a race of each character to find all there digimentals. (And I mean for all there armor forms not just the anime aside from the golden digimental which is shared between them all.) where a had a group of bio hybrid digidestineds as a group of secondary antagonists trying to steal various armor digimentals. I also had something similar to slide evolutions from frontier where the partner digimon and the bio hybrids could swap between armor forms on the fly without having to revert back to there base forms respectively.
Speaking of Data Squad, where's a good place to watch it? I kinda missed the boat on anything past the first 4 series as a kid and can't find any of the shows past that

I like what you did with the Sovereigns, but I would make a slight change to Thomas and Marcus' mega equivalents: Thomas would be Bio-Z'D Garurumon and Marcus would be Bio-Victory Greymon
Also for Keenan I would give him either Bio-Griffomon, Bio-Crossmon or Bio-Metallicdramon

Won't lie. After Tamers and Frontier, I thought Biohybrid was were we would be going for the mega or Post-mega power boosts when 'Digisoul' was the major thing for the heroes XD
I’m the only who think in Bio-Shawurimon for Keenan, its a ninja Digimon who (in 02) comes from Hawkmon an bird digimon who matches with the aesthetic of Keenan, man they even have the feathers as decoration.

The rhino is a fairy chess piece that moves like a knight but then at the end of the l moves any number of pieces diagonally. The dragon is a piece in a number of chess variants and relatives. So, in a way Rhinomon and Maildramon are sort of chess adjacent.
Two ideas for future videos
1. Turning each season characters in to kamen riders because that be so cool especially since well:
Base form=rookie
Upgrade form=champion
Super form=ultimate
Final form=mega
Extra/movie=ultra/mode level,etc
2. All protagonist/goggles head digimon combined into one similar to Ultraman taiga the movie:new generation climax. I have a way how i go about this but i put it in the reply section because it long,read it if you want.

Have you ever thought combined the main protagonists digimon in together? Be coming a unstoppable form of justice.
I had a few way about how to go about it with my fan made digivice and digi evolution.
Device omega:a digivice that combined all the functions of all the digivice (adventure -xros wars season 3) if you want to add appmon and ghost game you can. This best showed by Davis/daisuke since I give him and veemon the different evolution lines. Quickly explained:
Data spirit evolution: when veemon is reload back in the digivice,Davis/daisuke can do data spirit evolution where he can become palidramon,imperialdramon dragon mod and fighter mode. Then transcend evolve in paladin mode.
Data charge/digisoul evolution: can make veemon evolve into veedramon and aeroveedramon
Biomerge/matrix evolution: ulforce v-dramon and be able to evolve further in to future mode(modified to be something like gallantmon/dukemon crimson mode)
Standard evolution: exveemon
Armor evolution:flamedramon,raidramon and magnamon(it be an permanently part of his arsenal and is a last resort because the strain/short duration. Better though further use).
Burst evolution: magnamon burst mode
DNA/jorgess evolution: between banchstingmon and ulforce v-dramon. Or grankugawamon and imperialdramon. Or others.
Alright let's talked:
UNITY evolution: short version: biomerge/matrix evolution combine with DNA/jorgess evolution.
Where the tamers and digimon combines in to one.
Silly idea I had that hard to explain: the tamers separate from the combination and be in of their digimon(usually the highest level or power) and have.the power and abilities of the digimon serving another way for the tamers to fight along with their digimon,even takuya. It silly but it be so cool.
Let talk about the digimons it self:
Unitymon(the names are still work in progress)
Usually form from:
Wargreymom(or biltzgreymon thanks to biomerge), ulforce v-dramon (or magnamon or imperialdramon), gallantmon/dukemon,aldamon,shinegreymon, Omega/Omni shoutmon,arresterdramon superior mode(or the digi xros of omega shoutmon & arresterdramon SM)
A digimon form from those with courageous hearts to defend the weak and innocent and destroy evil.

One thing I always wondered and maybe it's been too long since I've seen all the seasons so I might have forgotten, but what the inverse of Tamers or Digimon 02 would be like as in instead of two elements to a digimon it was two digimon to one tamer each with its element. So like instead of one digimon representing two elements, there'd be two digimon with their own elements. Like if Tai had Agumon and Gabumon
Something I would like to see is someone becoming a Bio-Hybrid out of survival(being injured and needing a blood transplant or something)
As much as I love the Fuenglong pick, I think it works better for an ultra level biohybrid, with Marcus's real Mega being Victorygreymon, since it both keeps up the adventure homage while also working nicely with Shinegreymon.

A thought occurs to me...natural biohybrids...but how thats possibly is a bit um...some questions are better left unanswered? Essentially Marcus's dad would actually be Bancholeomon and that's as far as that's going.
But considering how Marcus is always up for a fight to the point of punching megas himself, and considering how Kurata has a whole Pro Humanity thing (what a hypocrite he was. In the end he just wanted power.), it honestly could work.

I’ve been screwing around with a made up digimon story featuring the the 02 digimon where it was a race of each character to find all there digimentals. (And I mean for all there armor forms not just the anime aside from the golden digimental which is shared between them all.) where a had a group of bio hybrid digidestineds as a group of secondary antagonists trying to steal various armor digimentals.
I also had something similar to slide evolutions from frontier where the partner digimon and the bio hybrids could swap between armor forms on the fly without having to revert back to there base forms respectively.
You should give the Adventure Digimon's Megas Burst Modes.
Idk why, but I could also see Marcus turning into Bio-Bulkmon
Unrelated but I think if the dark ocean gets re explored in the 02 project / continuation, it would be cool if Maki transformed into Beelstarmon
