- This is "The Danger of Not Giving God the Glory". Whatever we do, it must be for the glory of God and not for ourselves. Satan fell because he wanted the credit for his works and did not give God the glory. He will exalt you in due time, but it must never be about you- your power, your fame, your reward. It’s always about the Lord receiving the glory in all we do. We need to take inventory and give God the glory for the many blessings we have and for the many, many things He has done.

_Dear GOD, its me again. Is it ok to say that I am extremely anxious and worried rn? I lost my jobs and Idk how Im going to take care of my family anymore. I know YOU are the GOD of all things. I know that YOU tell me not to worry. But GOD, I find it so difficult at this moment. I need YOUR peace. I need YOU to carry me thru this dark road. I need YOU to be my light at the end of the tunnel. I need YOU to remind me daily of all that YOU have done for me. I need YOU now more than ever, GOD. Ive been stuck on the rock bottom for a very long time. Whenever Im finally able to make 1 step forward, something happens and then Im 10 steps backward once again. Im exhausted, GOD. Very, very exhausted. Im barely holding on. Please, get me out of here. Please, guide me and Help me not do things I would regret doing. Rescue me, my Savior. Save me. Take me, if you must. 🙏 In Jesus' name. Amen._

I was just sitting here, drinking my morning cup of coffee and realized that I hadn't gone into my secret closet with the Lord ~ I'm watching and laughing at some old comedy show, checking my Email and suddenly 'remembered' what I'd forgotten ~ what should have been my "first fruits", was now on a back burner. No prayer had I done, no reading of God's Word had I done, but everything else.
But even as I was reading the Word, my mind began to wander, everything around me was a distraction, I'm "mouthing" the words like reading an old recipe, but I wasn't speaking to God ~ about His goodness, His Mercies, His Blessings, I was just reciting words.
I was "led" to read Luke 8:18. Then I was led to see if Pastor Franklin had ever preached on this topic and was "led" to this Broadcast AND I'M TRULY THANKFUL 🙏🏽
The Spirit will always redirect a willing Heart. I'm in an "atmosphere" right now, currently tossed to and fro, but I know the Lord is breaking me to make me more pliable to rebuild me into what He wants me to be. The "breaking" is sometimes painful, but even through the breaking process, Jesus is still gentle ~ because he loves me so✝️
