I’m familiar with both arguments, and I always felt that there must be a clearer answer as to what the text was saying, but I never got around to looking at the Hebrew myself….This makes a lot of sense to me. Even in the English, I feel this conclusion can be drawn. Language and transliteration is a funny thing, and our perception of words is sometimes inhibited by our very first interpretation of those words, to the extent that we neglect other possibilities of meaning. Eh, after seeing your comment, I just now peeked at _Level,_ on the Eric Dubay channel. It's a tad weird, to put it mildly. The part from about the nine minute mark to the twelve minute mark struck me as particularly difficult to take seriously. According to documentary, the sun is around the north pole (presumably the center of their flat earth), which raises the question: how can it be seen in both Newfoundland, Canada, and Santiago, Chile, yet not in Tiksi, Russia, at the same time? Is Tiksi farther from the north pole than Santiago is? Note that at the time of this writing, it is slightly past 2AM in Tiksi and slightly after 2PM in Santiago.
