as a fellow 7-11 devourer, im glad to say the Butter Chicken Briyani, Thai Basil Chicken and the Choco Lava Cake are actually the best things 7-11 has to offer 🙂↕️
It's cheaper and more filling that a typical meal would cost, it's literally amazing I can go a day without eating anything else just cuz it's such a hearty meal on its own personally
i’m a cabin crew and there’s a 7/11 right smack in our terminal, which means i’ve tried everything on the menu as well😂 the breakfast wrap is THE BESTTTT and the curry rices are honestly so good, onigiris are just hard rice with 2% of filling so pls pass it hahaha, but everything here beats cheers
I tried all of it already and quite sian of 7-11 food. Lol. The western also have meatballs like IKEA ones with the jam. Not bad. There's also another western food, grilled chicken with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Not my favourite but still edible. Sometimes they have new food items for a limited time to try like the lobster noodle, kimchi fried rice, etc. I like to try the new ones whenever it's available 😅
Butter chicken briyani is the best at S Curry chicken at A That Basil chicken at A Enchilada at A- Ps: dont get anything fried from 7-11 Lava cake not rated but potentially at S or S+
Hello sushi, I always love watching your videos, some of the food from 7 eleven can be quite mouthwatering. 😊 I hope you have a wonderful week, take care. 💜
From my sad sad OT lifestyle habits, i can vouch that if you hold/roll a 7-11 onigiri in your hand until it warms up from taking the last bus home (no more MRT) and eat it at that neither hot nor cold body temperature, it actually tastes like Japan onigiri. Straight from the 7-11 fridge makes it taste plain nasty, and microwaving it doesn’t quite achieve the same effect.
If 7-Eleven is watching this, could you sell pescatarian meals or even vegetarian. I am a pescatarian i.e. I only eat seafood. I do not buy anything from 7-Eleven in Singapore because almost everything is chicken. I have been to a lot of 7-Elevens in Japan. They have potato salad, onigiri with salmon, egg sandwich, soba, ramen and the list goes on. Singapore has some very amazing food but sadly not represented in our local 7-Eleven. Can I suggest some menu for you: laksa, mee siam, nasi lemak with fish, lontong, fried rice, vegetarian bee hoon or fried rice - even collab with Jian Bo for their chui kweh and nasi lemak (Chong Pang brand)?
the chef ariffin's sauce thing... use it as a dip instead of pouring it over the entire dish.. think of it as a .. palate cleanser.. just something acidic to lighten up the spice/full flavours of the rice and chicken
I'd like to point out that 7-11 stores across Singapore use industrial microwave ovens that are very powerful. If you are to warm them up at home, its better to put them in a little longer.
Onigiri need to try the tuna mayo atleast. The best one imo is the spicy rice & tuna mayo, but abit hard to find. I rmb taiseng 7/11 one has it tho last time i was there.
the egg fried rice, scrambled egg with chicken sausage and the cheesy chicken burger with mushrooms I always eat during the time I can go out to eat before cca starts all very nice
Recently I tried the creamy chicken ham baked rice frm 711 and it was a delicacy no cap. Not sure if it's new but that was the first time I tried it. I would also recommend the Korean fried rice, 10/10!
I think they actually did a little bit of change in their menu, the mac n cheese from few years ago definitely tastes better than they ones they have now. Even the curry chicken is lacking now. Best curry chicken was during covid period where they came in a big bowl of 4 servings.
The lava cake is my fav too! My Italian colleague first tried it when he came Singapore and he told me it's good and i should try..tried it and it's sooo good 👍
6:42 Mac and Cheese 7-11. Go to dish from Sec 1-5, ITE, Poly and Uni. Basically the best dish after 3-min Instant Maggie Mee IMO when you are grinding hard for the life you want.
To open the onigiri, there is a tab you can pull, and it would split the plastic wrap into 2 and you can pull each part outwards and you have your onigiri nicely unwrapped and intact.
The go to post drinks 711 staple - Butter Chicken Briyani or Thai Basil Chicken w Rice. If I am feeling not so hungry, the scrambled egg with chicken sausage burger will be my choice.
Actually it’s not true that the onigiri in Japan have more fillings… I’ve been to Japan just two months ago and the onigiri and bento standard at their convenience store dropped a lot! And this is coming from someone who eats a lot of these for breakfast both in Singapore and Japan. So sad these days both countries cut down on their filling servings due to high cost and inflation rate.
I agree with all except the enchiladas, ik taste is subjective but in one of the enchiladas I got the flatbread was very hard which made it hard to bite through and tear it, and the curry kept sticking to the bread so it had no curry on its own. Plus, the chicken kept spilling out
09:15 Butter Chicken Briyani was recommended by quite a number of my ex-colleagues many years ago. Decided to try it, and it changed my meal time since!
As a Malaysian that came down to Singapore and ate ya 7Eleven food, I gotta say. Ya all have better 7E and should be thankful for it. Sedap wor the sandwiches.
I think certain 7/11s across Singapore have certain things cause I have never seen the enchiladas before and im surprised Sushi didn’t try the spicy chicken burger (in all honesty the burger is nothing special and probably a C- if we are being honest but for a period of time that used to be my go to when I just needed something light to hit the spot)
I found a new fried rice meal from 7-11 the other day, and its really good if you like garlic in your fried rice. kinda plain but i added salt so it turned out epic 8/10 would eat again
i eat 711 food on the daily and i actually miss the specials by chefs version... the tandoori one by far tops it for me 🫶🏻 as for the newer releases i've only ever tried the beef spaghetti one... spicy but filling for me 🤤 i wish the onigiris are halal tho 🥲 the flavours look so appetising
as a fellow 7-11 devourer, im glad to say the Butter Chicken Briyani, Thai Basil Chicken and the Choco Lava Cake are actually the best things 7-11 has to offer 🙂↕️

I've actually tasted the Chicken Curry without butter & Thai Basil Chicken, both with rice. I agree with Sushi's comments they deserve an A. ✔🅰️😊
I always buy the butter chicken briyani & lava cake ❤
I can eat the Butter Chicken Briyani any day. It is the best meals in 7-11. If zombie apocalypse is to come, I be the first to stock this.
