I really like that you let the people you really fw to drive your car, sharing your blessing with others is important cause I know if I had that car I'd let everyone in my area drive it just to see a smile on there face.
I never been too crazy about Cadillac but seeing their recent entries in the sedan market has caught my eye, that CTS-V is MEAN 🔥 the CT5/4-V BlackWing is another really nice and fast Cadillac from factory. But don’t give up your ultimate driving machine for it. That M4 Comp has potential and is pretty fast already from factory and was able to keep up with the caddy pretty easy 😎
Great Video, very genuine and good energy. I love my Caddy, I have the forgotten V-Sport V6 TT 420hp/430lb-ft 0-60 4.6sec. My car body looks just like his “V” minus the 200hp and some of the effects - LOL! What some of your viewers do not know is depending on the year, they only made a limited number of V’s and V-Sports. For example if his is a 2017, they only made 1519 V’s and for my 2015 V-Sport Premium they only made 344. Just an fyi.

I only driven the CTS V in track mode one time because the throttle response is so violent for street driving. I keep it in touring and I'm fine with that. My only gripe is there is no suspension settings and touring mode is way too soft. Overall it's a neat car though.
Love your enthusiasm. OG vs Young Buck. Young Buck wants to roll n trac mode all day! OG says "Where am I going." Hilarious! The CTSV is faster @ both roll on's and off the line. However, there's more to a car than just speed alone. Would be interested to see how OG performs on a real track. I would love to join you guys in my s85 moded. It won't match the sheer HP of the CTSV but we would make for a great time and would look good as well.

Just found your channel. I have an 18 CTS V Championship edition. I've had it for a few years. It definitely, catches crazy attention. That rear feeling kinda loose when you get on it. That's been a known issue. He should look into Carlyle racing rear links. This is after 2 alignments. Also, I purchased a DSX Tuning lid. You can swap out in 20 minutes no tune required. You can really hear that supercharger whine.

I went from an E90 BMW 335i to an F30 335i. But these new Blackwing Cadillacs have seriously been capturing my attention. If I don’t get another BMW it would definitely be a Cadillac.
CTS-V blackwing with manual, ultimate enthusiast car. But f90 m5 cs is still just more special. But for the price CTSV is best all around sports sedan.
I had the same car with headers cam and upper pulley and never lost a race 😂 now i have an RS5 and they’re a lot different but the caddy will always be one of the best cars I’ve ever owned

CT6 V is a blackwing with softness..Ray Donovan type of car..Ct5 v blackwing..awesome especially with the six speed manual..but faster with the 10spd auto but its looks soft and cheap design..but the V3 CTS-V..absolutely a murderous monster especially in black ⚫️ and mod it 1100 hp+..
F80 man made the right decision!!! You should make the swap too! Or you sould grab the CTS5V blackwing 🤤 The S58 is cool and all but the V3 just radiates class AND speed more than the M4 IMO!

@@Tm0n3y762 say what you will, but it’s pretty apparent that on track, when a car is RWD but has the same amount of grip as an AWD car, they tend to keep up, if not out perform AWD cars by not having the added weight over the front axel as well as no understeer due to powering the front wheels. The Blackwing with a 6-speed Tremec manual out ran the M5 CS on track. Same way the AMG GT BS, GT2 RS MR, 765LT (All RWD cars) can all keep up and out pace the AWD Aventador SVJ on track.
Cts is a demon bro see the difference between that car and your m4 is that it’s a supercharger v8 4.4L the m4 is v6 3.0 L but both dope cars American getting up there I would get a caddy over a hellcat for sure!

I would never buy this shit quality car. They can't even bolt the steering wheel on straight. Truth is GM's Alpha platform cars are more BMW than any BMW with a model code starting with an F. Its pretty unanimous opinion among respected automotive journalists that these Alpha cars have better communication with the driver, better feedback, better steering feel than any BMW. Cadillac is the new BMW. But 99% of people who call themselves enthusiasts dont do their research before buying that used F82. Steering feels like a video game in the F82. Steering in these Alpha cars feels like old school BMW, even with the electric ZF steering rack. The pinnacle of BMW was the E46/ E92 M3 and E39/E60 M5. There are 2 things in modern BMWs that are superior to the Alpha cars from a driver's perspective. 1. The rear cradle is bolted directly to the frame in M cars. This gives you the SOLID feeling under hard acceleration and quick steering direction changes. Of the Alpha platform cars, ONLY the ZL1 1LE has the cradle hard mounted. For the others, you can either buy the ZL1 1LE part(discontinued as stand alone, good luck finding it) and spend 8 hours of labor installing it OR you can lockout the bushing with an aftermarket kit for $400 plus 1 hour of your time. This will remove 90% of the rear end tail wag under acceleration and quick direction changes. Not as good as a solid mount, but close enough to get rid of the nervous loose feeling. 2. The ZF trans shits on ANY trans from GM. The new 10 speed is good, but still can't do the dual personality thing better than the ZF 8HP. The GM 8L90 with a TCM tune is pretty fast though. Fact: A 2017 (Alpha platform) Camaro SS 1LE is 8 seconds faster around Streets of willow than an F82. Fact: a 6th Gen (Alpha platform) ZL1 1LE lapped the Nurburgring in 7:16. The fastest production BMW to ever run it was done in an F82 GTS at 7:27. 11 seconds... might as well be 11 hours. Fact: a BASE model Camaro SS was 0.2 slower than F82 M4 around Willow. Same driver same day. Randy Pobst. Fact: GM interiors are straight garbage unless its an Escalade. All that touch crap in the CTS and ATS make me want to shoot myself.

I also wonder why they keep using BMW as their comparison tool and target an M car (M3/M4M5) to help them raise their bar. They’ve mastered engine performance to hammer in a straight line which memorizes folks (and they got me too on this one) but overall quality, the materials used along with their technology, BMW will always be a step ahead of them. It’s all a game as Caddy TRIES to improve their V’s, the next BMW will only raise the bar even further on them which has me wonder, what American car manufacturer is BMW using to evaluate themselves against 🤔 PRICE difference is the biggest evil between them. And consumers are suckers for a bargain whenever they can get it. If the price was irrelevant I’d like see how many still go for any of the CTS-V versions over an M car equivalent.

Ppl forget Cadillac has a muscle heritage most just remember the land yachts. Cadillac definitely outdid themselves with the newest V’s and black wings hopefully the new Escalade V will keep it going but it’s sad these beasts will soon be gone to electricity.
Yeah he rocking a MD plate but be in NY. Might be an insurance stunt, cuz I’ve done it to avoid points on tickets from transferring. But now that all motor vehicles offices talk them days are over.

There is thats why sport mode is stiffer cuz the magneride suspension is stiffer for some turns.

@@kevinclark1482 bro I think your reading comprehension is lacking. The GM alpha cars are superior driver's cars when compared any modern BMW. These Alpha platform cars talk to the driver through the steering wheel. This is what made BMW the holy grail in the past. That feeling has been missing in BMW cars since the E90. If you want a car that's easy to drive fast, the modern BMWs are for you. If you want a car that feels like an extension of your body, get a Black wing or Camaro SS 1LE. I'm pretty old. Grew up around e46 M3s, E39 M5, E90 M3. The F82 and newer cars don't feel like BMW to me. They are rear wheel drive Audi in steering feel.
@@WHERESSS yep I read it WRONG and I will say that NOT a fan of caddy’cts-v anymore. Everything about Caddys is cheap. I also wonder why they keep using BMW as their comparison tool and target an M car (M3/M4M5) to help them raise their bar. They’ve mastered engine performance to hammer in a straight line which memorizes folks (and they got me too on this one) but overall quality, the materials used along with their technology, BMW will always be a step ahead of them. It’s all a game as Caddy TRIES to improve their V’s, the next BMW will only raise the bar even further on them which has me wonder, what American car manufacturer is BMW using to evaluate themselves against 🤔 PRICE difference is the biggest evil between them. And consumers are suckers for a bargain whenever they can get it. If the price was irrelevant I’d like see how many still go for any of the CTS-V versions over an M car equivalent.

@@WHERESSS I’m about to start doing test drive comparisons IF I CAN because I had intended my my next car purchase to be G82 M4 comp or G80 M3 comp. Just think it won’t be too many BW-4’s or BW-5’s available to compare them too. The Caddy’s really scarce to find now and not sure if it’s cuz they being bought up or dealers just don’t have them in stock
Ppl forget Cadillac has a muscle heritage most just remember the land yachts. Cadillac definitely outdid themselves with the newest V’s and black wings hopefully the new Escalade V will keep it going but it’s sad these beasts will soon be gone to electricity.
