Oh my gosh! This video made me so happy (and emotional). If you turned right at the Potrero sign, you would have run into our little container place. Due to medical issues, we haven't been down for a while, and we miss it so much!! Time spent there will reveal even more to see/do. Thank you!!! 🌴🏖💛
We live in Potrero 1/2 of the year and love it! Been there for about 11 years such a safe, happy carefree place. The Shack is a great place to eat. Perlas was taken over by new management and when we left in April of this year we were very dissatisfied. The food use to be amazing maybe it’s better now. Will check it out when we arrive in November. Nice video 😊

Was just there in Feb! The Nicaraguan taco place next to the brewery was really good. Homemade tortillas! I liked the nice open garden with food options next to the brewery too. Also enjoyed dinner at La Forketta (next to Perla's), was definitely a lot more chill than Samara.
Yes it's smaller then Samara so it's going to be more chill. Great place for a couple days, we wouldn't want to live there personally.
@@TheDufresnes Agreed! I did 6 nights in Samara, then 2 in Potrero, it was a good balance. Definitely prefer Samara though, much more to do, but this was a good place for 2 days to wind down before heading home.
I think LA Forketta is closed now.
