The first time I heard about a button being used to close an aural hematoma is from a James Herriot novel I read in the 1970s. Nice to know some of the old practices are still being used!
Worried about getting punched by cutie Hugo yet his wallaby arm is just left unrestrained while needle inserted. 😂 Dr. Chris is fearless. Hugo was such a good patient
I think if Dusty's family had known about ear canal reconstruction before things had gotten so bad, he'd have had a chance at healthier ears without the need for complete removal. I wish all the veterinarians had a really good way to share their "experimental procedures/ideas" with one another so that more animals could be helped more quickly and less invasively - or at least have a chance at living a pain-free and healthy life instead of being put down. Procedures like using buttons on aural hematomas, ear canal reconstruction for better drainage, tilapia skin for major wounds/burns, unconventional splints for smaller/larger animals... I could go on and on! Someone needs to make an app for this!
I have been watching these videos of Bondi Vet ( Dr. Chris Brown) for a fair while, and I have always loved his connection with his patients and his innovative ideas to help and fix the problems his patients come to have mended. The whole team do a fantastic job with this.
The geriatric cat. Oh breaks my heart. We had an 18 yr old girl that we had to make that tough decision for. She purred just like this one. Loved to be held and given loves. I've another cat whom is 15 this year and he just underwent life-saving surgery not terribly long ago and I hope to have him at least 3 more years like the vets say he'll have if not more.
Dr Chris literally makes me laugh with the things he comes up with. I've watched so many of his videos with his McGyver like fixes to give the animals a chance. The Piglet that was born with only one trotter, the swimmer syndrome puppy, among many others.
Blurred ??? Really??? You think most people can't take a little blood. I assume you do these videos for educational purposes, so let us see it. Put a warning at the front and you are covered for liability and the rest of us learn something.
The old kitty purring right after waking up from surgery is just the most wholesome sh*t ever right now. 😭😭❤️

Bless Dr. Brown. He is such a good man and a great vet.
I wish you'd show the procedures instead of blurring everything. Really have no idea what's going on.
They used to !.. Then - suddenly the procedures started to be blurred out. Ridiculous.
@@andrewmonument8847 likely because of TV censorship
Most gruesome things found in animals ears you'll never see
That is down to TH-cam which demonetises video with such inclusions, or removes them altogether.
Blame TH-cam. They de- monetize the video of they don't blue it. So tired of YT deciding for us what's offensive.
Dr.Chisyour my hero !!!! Your so gentle .😊
What a sweet little old kitty, purring when she wakes too ❤
A thick ear for Hugo , hopefully he has learn to pick on his own size 😂😂❤
Proud of you Chris, top ❤

Whats the point in watching when surgery is blurred. Frustrating
I wouldbe screaming my head off Thank God for you both😮😢
It's so annoying that TH-cam requires the blurring of surgery, surgery is fascinating

What a wonderful sound the cat is making

That cat... oh my heart ❤️ Did it say anything about biopsy of the tumor/growth?
You guys are all great if I was down under and my little girl needed help I would be looking for you guys
I wish you wouldn't blur the area you are working on.

I wish I could watch Bondi On my TV, where do you stream?
on ne voit pas l'intervention
The owner did not even cut the toenails of his dog.
Maybe Ben never looked but his looks (hair, nose, lips) looks like the Caesars in old Rome, his nose looks chiseled) perfect).
I THINK MY
NUMBER 1 STORY TODAY
IS D.R ANDREW D.V.M HELPING THE
DOG WITH
ITCHING EARS + MY NUMBER 2 IS THE OLD
CAT WHO NEEDED AN
OPERATION.
Cauliflower ear.
They blurred the needle?!
Dont blur it out
Irritating to have parts of these blurred. 😤
Stop blurring the video. If someone is watching a vets surgery, they want to see the surgery.
I hate it when the cool stuff is blurred out
Why do they blur out what’s happening it not as good
❤❤❤❤❤❤
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 TV Show ever)
Sad - not watching your vids any more because you don't shhow the procedures/surgeries. They are the reason a person would watch.
With all the graphic medical videos out here and you blur an ear surgery? Go figure…
We want to see the surgery not hide it. Like Dr Pimple Popper
First comment ! Under 10 seconds quad!
Sweetheart ❤

2nd comment! Just saw this Video ❤

😑 title is most gruesome....its censored. Dumb
What’s with the blurring? It defeats the purpose of the video. Unsubscribed.
