Hi Ray, Unless I've misunderstood, don't you end up with exactly what you started with in the video? You already had a widget configured for all the channels, including live chat using the original version. That's what you ended up with using V2 except it was only for live chat. Unless you can have multiple bots working independently across different channels, I don't see the point of V2. Am I missing something?
I see what you are saying one advantage I did not go over in the video is the ability to transfer a contact to another bot after they book an appointment, but again I asked GHL whats the point of that when getting the appointment scheduled is what you are looking for.
