@@fadhilmuhsinwijaya2925 Seems like I didn't cover the Vaccinar quest well enough. That quest is also a daily quest. You can bring more ingredients to him and you can either choose to be rewarded with ~ 230k xp or 3 antidotes. You can only get the experience once but you can get as many antidotes as you gather ingredients for. The other daily quest is from Cleanara where you have to clean 30 corruption tiles. These appear currently on at Aurea & Ashmor.

I'm already in the last part, where you have to kill the abomination in the obelisks, I already updated the quest trying to go through the door, when I was doing the process in the obelisks the pink circle does not appear anymore, in any square
Lure a 100% hp abomination to a circle, then attack it and see if the pink circle appears. If the abomination is already damaged it won't activate a circle.

I do have question about quest vaccinar is daily? or you can do anytime you want because i was quest this morning later afternoon i can ask npc for quest again. this is Bug?
You can either do the task for reward xp or reward antidotes. You can do it for antidotes as many times as you want but you can take reward xp only once a day

The secondary disease goes away after 24hours and doesn't require an antidote. It can just be a slight annoyance.
