This movie would’ve been a lot better if they cut out Nat and Luke’s dance and just did the lights dance. Just having the kids dunk on them was a good comeback.

I think it is awkward that after they are choking, they will change into lighting dancers? They need to be fired up before they do that and then Natalie came.
At first I was the same way but I tried to do that once and getting high enough to do that and stick the landing without hurting yourself is a lot harder than it looks. Even the simplest looking moves can be cool when someone accomplishes it
The fact that they underuse Alyson Stoner in both final dances that she’s in like she wouldn’t wipe the floor with some of the opponents still has me upset
I love how every other member of the Pirates looks so pissed at the Samurai every time it’s their turn, but every time they show Moose reacting, he ain’t taking anything seriously 😭
I like how that female main character came in like her little routine was going to save them from the brink of losing, when they already had the light show finale ready to go.

Oddly this movie kinda was inspiration for me back when I was in my undergrads. I watch it all the time before studying hardcore maths subjects. Its weird but the way pirates won from the point of losing somehow inspired me

Can we acknowledge how broken the rules of this competition are? 1 person joins the pirates team in the middle of the dance and everyone’s cool with it like there’s no unfair advantage to the other team. Then the pirates final round lasts for almost half the time with no interruption while the Samurai are supposed to stand there and do basically nothing about it
People people i realized that they needed her to regain that confidence because thats what gives you your pizzazz when dancing you fools i might not know how to breakdance effectively but if my heart is in the right motive and i have full confidence im pretty sure i can outdance any of you im just saying like you can be the brother and be a start but you will have your day where you will lose to a beginner. Again just sayinng she helped them regain confidence once that was certain we didnt see her again at all until the last 5 minutes of the movie so dont sleep on her at all.
