The patch dropped about 3 hours ago. Yeah it is pretty disappointing since it is modeled after the powerful infinity gauntlet and does nothing. They did say they will look into another patch later on that may add an ability to it. I think I would of rather they waited....

It's just meant to be an enertaining joke thing. The instability tiara is supposedly bugged and you cant unlock it yet. I was just having fun in the game making a fake random bug/glitch/corruption video of "nonsense" involving it.

What I actually did was happen to find a way to explore the area at the start of the dlc that you travel through on the lift. I wasn't sure. Thought maybe it just wasnt discovered how to so I spent hours trying different things until I broke down and checked the developers social media and found a reply by one of them saying "we are working on it"
