    THANK YOU FOR THIS!!! I really want mine to show my personality and what I find interesting! Yet so many people online really stress the whole problem --> solution --> growth outline. Whenever I write like that it just feels so corny and forced.

    Would this be considered a “montage” essay? I remember you saying essays that aren’t about challenges are generally montages. I also thought the insight and “aha-moment” were generally associated with the challenge essays. Could you elaborate more on this?

      All essays whether montage, narrative, or a combination can and should include insight. The essays featured in this video are montages, yes.
