    hi Dave , this is the best looping video to learn 2A I've ever seen , it teaches not to get into bad habits , even myself , i need to be more stationary , even though i can loop forever ...sometimes i'm all over the place ...which you cant do when your looping with both hands ...excellent , shows that your never too good to learn ..Jack from Toronto

      Thanks Jack! I appreciate you checking out my videos, and commenting. 2A is so hard to learn, I am glad people are working hard to learn it now!

    I recently decided to teach myself yoyo'ing and I have came across your channel (thank you). I have a question maybe you can answer for me? I see lots of references to lubing bearings to improve responsiveness of yoyos. How does that work? My first thought is that the responsiveness is about the string and friction pad (or starburst) and a lubricated bearing, if anything, might make it less responsive by allowing it to spin faster? Any insight you can provide would be much appreciated it!

    • @dazzlingdaveyoyo
      @dazzlingdaveyoyo  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Depending on the type of lube you use, it will actually ADD friction. (thicker lube slows down the bearing and makes it more responsive!) Very few oils make the yo-yo less responsive.

    i only have a wide gap yoyo, can't afford a new one yet can i still practice with it? i can only do the toss forward yet thank you for the information great video

    • @dazzlingdaveyoyo
      @dazzlingdaveyoyo  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      The only thing you should practice is the "forward pass" part. DO NOT try to learn to loop with a wide gap yo-yo!!! You will just be creating bad habits in my opinion. Save up some money and get a good looping pair of yo-yos, that is the best way to go!

      @@dazzlingdaveyoyo alright thank you so much for this advice, i totally respect your opinion on creating bad habits, i heard it for the first time from you and it makes sso much sense, I will continue to save money and purchase another one. I will give updates 👍😊

    • @dazzlingdaveyoyo

      The wide gap Yo-Yos do NOT loop well, so I don’t recommend using them if you are wanting to learn consistent loops.

    I have the yoyo factory go it have plastic inside not bearing and everytime i do the loop on a round 3 the yoyo always lose the balance

    • @dazzlingdaveyoyo
      @dazzlingdaveyoyo  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      I have not used the “Go” looping Yo-Yo from YoYo Factory, but I have used similar plastic axles in the past.
      I would make sure you have adequate thick lube on the axle. That will make it loop better, and slip less.
      Hopefully the that will help you get more loops!

    • @sorafromgenshin
      @sorafromgenshin ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dazzlingdaveyoyo hey thanks for reply i just bought the bearing set for loop 720 and it fit the go' i can do better loop now and i even can do 2 hand loop but only like 3 or 4 round i can do 7 or sometime 10 on 1 hand loop i think i missing something or i need to practice more because my timing is not good

    • @dazzlingdaveyoyo
      @dazzlingdaveyoyo  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@sorafromgenshin Yes, practice will help a lot. Try to only do good loops. (so do not try to "save" it often.) Just do good clean loops. You many need to add lube to the bearing as you practice if you find the yo-yo trying to sleep on occasion. Good luck!

    • @sorafromgenshin
      @sorafromgenshin ปีที่แล้ว

      @@dazzlingdaveyoyo maybe i use the wrong strings because i bought it from china like 1cent for 10 strings, and I can't afford yoyo factory lube i try to find alternative but im going to save up for lube later.

      @dazzlingdaveyoyo  ปีที่แล้ว +1
