I've bought this book multiple times in my career and gifted it too. This interview supplements it so well, brilliant discussion Jacob 👏🏻

Very relatable and timely discussion! Especially the part about "relearning how to learn" at min 34:40 - that was the overarching theme of my life for the last year. I called it rehabilitating my relationship to learning. Dr. Huberman podcast is also a good resource on this topic - the neuroscientist who explains what physically happens in the brain during the learning process. "There is a necessary period of aggitation, strain and confusion." :) :)
