They should change her skill 2 to targeting enemy with the highest Defence
So she could be the new boss killer or perhaps give her module to make her targeting enemy with the highest defence with the highest defence when using skill

Wow, I'm going to have to level Provence as I do have her and that's insane damage! I tend to use Exusiai more but seems like Provence can fit into boss stages easily.

Back n the early days of the game a lot of people used her as one, until more powerful operators showed up.
She’s still pretty good if you build her, though, but that’s true for most operators.

yeah, her biggest drawback is the "cant hit enemies above 80% health". but once you get the enemy below that threshold, she can really output good damage.
but once you get schwarz or pozyomka, im not sure how often provence will get used outside of no 6* runs
