I love both dogs! I know some folks can be skittish of shelter dogs because their temperament may vary depending on previous owner. But there are some folks gotten very ill or passed away who had give up dogs to go to rest home. U can always ask shelter for their situation that brought them there- those end up being sweetest !

As lovely as they are, I'm not sure if we should contribute to more breeding of those poor fellas, considering all the health problems they come with
Depression that exceeds 2 weeks is obviously different than being depressed for a few days ( which happens too) so people who suffer from this condition like myself - your path towards wellness may be different & so be kind to yourself and do not compare yourself to others. Anna’s right- believe in yourself and be kind to yourself as you are to others. Wholesome tomatoes are rich in flavor and delicate!

I seriously hope Ana reads this: I also used to think that my audience as a stand-up comedian, if they didn't like my content, they didn't like me. Then it happened that I killed one night in a bar, and the next time I was in the bar, I bombed horribly. While I was entering the bar the second time, they were chanting my name and banging the tables, until I climbed upstage and started telling terribly bad jokes. Some of them looked at me like the wanted to murder me. (I've done combat sports for over a decade, I know that look XD). It happened so fast that it hit me really hard: "Hold on a second, I'm still the guy who killed it here last time. So they neither like nor hate me, they hate the version of me they see in their heads. I'm just an illusion to them, and only my loved ones know me for who I really am." Hugs. I have exactly the same type of reflection. People who barely know me and experience me only through the internet tend to say I am evil, not trustworthy, must have bad intentions, lie, etc. While people who closely know me and live with me together said they would never expect anything bad from me. It's up to us who we believe but chances are that we can mostly judge who's opinion is more valid, plus random people tend to over exaggerate their negative comments.

I also used to think that my audience as a stand-up comedian, if they didn't like my content, they didn't like me.
Then it happened that I killed one night in a bar, and the next time I was in the bar, I bombed horribly. While I was entering the bar the second time, they were chanting my name and banging the tables, until I climbed upstage and started telling terribly bad jokes. Some of them looked at me like the wanted to murder me. (I've done combat sports for over a decade, I know that look XD).
It happened so fast that it hit me really hard: "Hold on a second, I'm still the guy who killed it here last time. So they neither like nor hate me, they hate the version of me they see in their heads. I'm just an illusion to them, and only my loved ones know me for who I really am."

I have exactly the same type of reflection. People who barely know me and experience me only through the internet tend to say I am evil, not trustworthy, must have bad intentions, lie, etc. While people who closely know me and live with me together said they would never expect anything bad from me. It's up to us who we believe but chances are that we can mostly judge who's opinion is more valid, plus random people tend to over exaggerate their negative comments.

As much as I love positivity potentially it can be harmful when you try to ignore negatives. Always examine your limits and talk to professionals when you need help! Negative emotions are okay and validating them and handling with them in healthy ways is perfectly fine 👍
